Very professional. Gave some advise as to ductwork and thoroughly cleaned all aspects from dryer to vent cap.

It went fantastic. From the gentleman, Orlando who handled my phone call, answered my questions and set up my appointment in a very professional manner. To the Service Tech, Jerzy, who was right on time, did a fantastic job, very professional, extremely courteous to my home and furnishings and cleaned up everything perfectly!! I would absolutely recommend using this company! I wish I could give them an A+ across the board!!

This is the second time I have had Chutemaster clean the dryer vent in my home. The technician did a great job last year, so I hired them again for my yearly dryer vent cleaning. The tech wore booties over his shoes when he entered my home as not to track in winter salt. He also cleaned the floor behind the washer and dryer (lot of dust). I have also used chutemaster to clean the dryer vents in my condo.

He was here for 1 1/2 hours due to vent shape & length, and amount of lint. He did a great job! Will do every year now! - Jan B.

Vent cleaning did well. Earlier it took 3-4 rounds for dry the 6 pairs of cloths (medium load). Now it took 20 minutes to complete it's job after the technician cleanup vent pipe at attic.

We are very satisfied with the work. It was just one person named Jerzy that came over to do the work and it took him about 4 hours to complete the job. He did a great job. He also installed 3 outlets. I was looking out for a NADCA certified company with affordable prices and quality and Chutemaster totally fit this criteria. My initial appoinment was over a month later and upon requesting to accomadate earlier due to kids suffering with allergies , they were able to schedule us in 5 days by moving an appointment scheduled that day to a later time with concerned partys approval.I am thankful to them for going that extra mile.

the guy removed all the vent grates and cleaned the insides by using a very long vacuum cleaner. He did pretty much the same to the dryer vent and he also cleaned the inside filter. The party I could not see was the cleaning of the AC unit itself bc it stays in my attic and it's a very tight space, so...on that I cant comment.
