Jerzey was very professional and meticulous in his work. He gave me a good price after some negotiation. He cleaned every duct very patiently and throughly. Highly recommended.

It went very well. The man from Chutemaster was here a few minutes early. we discussed what options we also wanted and toured through the house to indicate where all vents were. Then he brought in the equipment and started. HE was quite thorough, and what i appreciated so was that the servicing was clean. There was no cleaning up after him to do. it was perfect and the price was reasonable.

Friendly, professional, nice, and honest duct cleaner went above and beyond. He not only cleaned the ducts (which was not easy due to lots a wet dog hair), but he also helped me troubleshoot my drying issues, offering solutions that we can implement to fix the problem and recognize it in the future. Of the hour he was here, half of it was helping me when he certainly did not have to do so. Also, the office was super nice, responsive, and understanding in setting up the duct cleaning, knowing that my dryer was no longer drying and therefore, could present a fire hazard. I could not be more satisfied; I will definitely go back to this company for all of my dryer and air duct cleaning! Amazing service!

Our experience with ChuteMaster was excellent. Sales / customer service by Orlando was great. Though fairly busy they got us in within a couple of weeks after we called. We were scheduled for a 2-3 hour window but we had 50+ ducts so it took longer - 5+ hours to complete the job. The technician was efficient. I highly recommend ChuteMaster!

Even though we anticipated that our dryer vent will need to get cleaned (there's an extra charge), after he inspected it he said it was not necessary because it's very short and it was clean. I appreciated the honest assessment - he could have done it and I wouldn't have known any better but he didn't. Will definitely hire them again and highly recommend to anyone.

From my first contact with the company and Orlando, nothing could have been better. Orlando was courteous and professional. He promptly returned phone calls and answered all my questions. Although there was a window of time as to when the technician would arrive, Orlando called on the scheduled day to provide a more precise arrival time. The technician arrived exactly on time. Jerzy was great- professional, neat and very meticulous. He called ahead of time to tell me what time he would be arriving and arrived exactly on time. Cleaned out all ducts and replaced my old vent ducting. Appreciated that he climbed up on my roof to clean out the exterior vent. Feels like I have a brand new system! Will hire again and highly recommend.

Awesome. Purchased our home 2 years ago and by all accounts air quality was fine. A friend had suggested we get the vents and ducts cleaned, though. Price was reasonable so gave it a whirl. Boy were we happy we did. Apparently the last company that cleaned the house, did a horrible job and never removed the vents. Long story short, the vents were never cleaned since the house was built 50+ years ago. Jerzy did a great job, was able to remove all the vents - despite multiple layers of paint; what was underneath was unreal and disgusting. Couldn't be happier with the quality of service and price. Will repeat every 5 years, and recommend friends and neighbors without hesitancy.

ChuteMaster did a good job. Not as thorough as the YouTube videos for the vacuum equipment and the antimicrobial show, but overall very effective. Tech was very careful and neat. No dust to clean up after he left.
