The service person was very professional and thorough. He checked the system including going into the attic to check the venting outside of the house. Definitely would hire again.

Very courteous, responsive, flexible with appointment changes, and timely arrival and completion of work. Service person professional, neat and respectful. I only requested cleaning of the dryer duct, but once accessed wound up replacing the flexible hose connection (which wasnt part of the original service request) and even cleaned up all the horrible dust/dirt accumulated behind dryer so I didn’t need to. All work was conducted very professionally and timely. Very pleased with service and would recommend and use again.

The worker showed up earlier than scheduled -- but only after the company called to ask if that was all right. He worked quietly and efficiently, and listened to what I had to tell him about the house. He also followed all instructions regarding our pets, which was a huge plus.
