Jerzy showed up promptly with all necessary equipment, including a ladder to reach high vents. We are very pleased with the results. The house smells fresh and it's much easier to breathe--even though it's allergy season and we also have two dogs. We are very glad that we had the dryer vent cleaned as well. There was a lot of lint in there that could have caused a fire if it had not been emptied out. We highly recommend Chutemaster Environmental, particularly to our friends who have pets.

Jerzy showed up right on time and did a great job. Extremely professional, very patient and even went above and beyond to fix 2 vent covers as they were falling off and needed to be screwed back in somehow. The screw could no longer have been screwed back in to its original hole. Jerzy found a way and now the vent is securely back in its spot. I live in a condo with 13 vents and a return. Jerzy was done within 2 hours. Job well done.

Chute Master's technician, Jerzy, is very professional and detail-oriented. I'm very pleased about his cleaning service. He took time to hook up the connections back (the dryer vent installer didn't hook it up correctly) after completion the dryer vent cleaning. He cleaned up and walked around the laundry room to make sure nothing left behind. I will hire Chute Master environmental Inc again!
