+ 0 moreCost $1400 we give the deposit they require on July 21, 2021 and today's date is December 16, 2021 and I still without my product. I called on November 3, 2021 they said in 2 more weeks and it's been 6 more weeks from that call and nothing yet. Not recommended.

+ -1 moreIt was very disappointing. The only reason we chose them that they were nearby. It took them 2 months to get the door for me. They had promised me a custom door and that was the reason for the delay but it ended up being a stock door that the installer had to alter to fit it into the space. We live in an old house. The work was fine but it was their horrible service that let them down.

+ 0 moreThere was a lack of communication, the dragging out of the job and an inconsiderated attitude on the part of the owner !
Description of Work: There was a very bad storm with heavy winds that hit the Linden,Union county area during March of 2010 .My two family home sustained damage to the gutter running the lenght of the house . The owner of the company reviewed the damage and gave me a verbal estimate .I put half down and received a contract . Communication and costs changed from this point until completion . Cal Deckert & Sons did not update me on the status of the new gutter ordered nor the possibility of additional charges ! I had to constantly call the office to find out the completion date . The project was completed more than a month after the date promised . I was treated like I was doing the company a favor . I had to renegotiate the price plus when I needed related repairs on flashing connected to the replaced gutter that had been removed for repairs, I could not get the company to answer my calls ( 6) .When I finally was able to talk with the owner, he promised to come out and look at the problem but never showed up ! I called the office and explained to the secretary the unprofessional behavior and lack of communication . I never received a follow up call from the owner !

+ -1 moreVery polite and professional. They know what they are doing and have a relationship with their vendors. I was quite pleased.
Description of Work: They came over the same evening we called to give an estimate. They had swatches, measuring tools, everything to give us an accurate estimate. The piece was ordered and installed. The workers had a problem with the motor and called the manufacturer from our job. When the situation was unable to be resolved immediately, they ordered a new motor saying they'd be back in 3 days. Sure enough, they were and all was perfect!

+ -1 moreThe job got delayed for a few months because the person who does awnings was injured. They did a really good job once the work was done. It was a fast and neat job once they did come out, but the delay was aggravating.

+ -1 moreBASICALLY MOST CONTRACTORS ALL WORK THE SAME. THEY CAME TO MY HOME TO GIVE ME AN ESTIMATE, THEN THEY ORDERED THE DOOR AND WHEN IT CAME IN THEY CAME BACK TO DO THE WORK. I DIDN'T HAVE ANY PROBLEMS CONCERNING THIS COMPANY.
Description of Work: THEY REPLACED THE FRONT DOOR ON MY HOUSE.

+ -1 moreTHEY WERE ABLE TO DO SOME QUALITY WORK ON OUR HOME, AND THEY FINISHED THE JOB UP PRETTY QUICKLY. THE ONLY PROBLEM WAS THAT THEY WEREN'T AS CONCERNED WITH CUSTOMER SATISFACTION AS THEY SHOULD BE.
