AR-DEAN TERMITE & PEST CONTROL

I called them when I was told I had termites. Dean returned my call promptly and came and did an inspection. He informed me my termite damage is old and I had no active termites. He was the nicest person. Will definitely use them in the future if I need to.

The company is owned by 2 brothers. I spoke to Lou on the phone and he scheduled a quote/estimate the following day. Dean came the following day, promptly and after assessing our problem he gave us a very reasonable quote for the work that had to be done. He was able to schedule us the following day and quickly took care of the issue. Dean was very nice, he arrived promptly, and worked diligently to lay out the traps and spray the perimeter of the home. Only time will tell if everything works and if the mice/rats and spider crickets stay away, but Lou and Dean were very nice and professional. They also offered very competitive rates.

We recently purchased a home and were nervous when we noticed termites near our back patio. We were actually referred to Ar-Dean by another pest control business (who had come out when we initially thought we had an ant/wasp problem but they didn't handle termites) and are very happy that we gave them a call. Dean stopped by the next morning to inspect our property and was able to give us an estimate almost immediately. Not only were their prices very reasonable, they were extremely professional, punctual and friendly. We appreciated that it was a family-owned/operated business and that the techs who came out to perform the treatment were the owners themselves. We will definitely be renewing our protection contract and would highly recommend them to anyone.

I needed some areas of the house treated for termite infestation, particularly outside where my side door fell off. They inspected other areas of the house and informed me of the other areas that needed treatment and that every year I could renew my deal. They arrived exactly when they were supposed to and it a little over an hour and a half and they were done. Professionally done.

They came out and did a lengthy inspection. Turns out that there wasn't any evidence of an infestation. Rather than charge me for a service I didn't need (or expensive subscription), they recommended watching for certain signs and said I should call back if I see anything. They spent 30 minutes educating me and walked away without being paid, but they'll have my business for sure when I do need it. Anyone else would have made a quick buck or signed me up for unnecessary maintenance. Greatly appreciated.

We discovered a nest in a home we were cleaning out to sell. We called and used an Angie's List Deal with A R Dean. They came to inspect the damage within 24h, and said the treatment qualified for the AL deal price. We needed to clear brush away from the home's foundation and have utility companies come to mark where it was unsafe to inject termiticide, which took a couple of days. AR Dean was able to treat soon after the marking was finished. They arrived and finished the job within the specified time frame, ad provided a warranty that can be transferred to the new homeowner once the place is sold.

They called us ahead of time to schedule the appointment. They were punctual. When they came to the house the person removing the wasp hive forgot a tool. came back and removed the hive and we didnt even know he came back. They did a great job!

Very responsive and forthcoming. It wasn't a big job, but if need be - I will call again.

The contractor called back promptly, and scheduled the service. He came to inspect the area with the bee's nest, discussed how he would eliminate the nest. He then scheduled to come back. It rained that day, so he messaged to say he will be coming after the rains. He came by on his own a couple of days after the rain, and removed the bee nest.

It is a family company owned by two brothers Lou and Dean. I purchased the deal through Angie's list and had to submit three possible dates for the work to be done. Lou contacted me to confirm the first date I picked, and showed up on the dot that day. He is really pleasant to deal with and very professional in manners. He did what he was here for: checking for termites activity and other bugs manifestation. I was a little concerned that he would find such things and would push to undergo a treatment to get rid of potential threats, but he did not. He, on the contrary, reassured me that there was no bug activity in the house and specifically no termite presence. Upon my request to evaluate a potential re-infestation of wasps that occured last year, he told me to re-check later on during the season and eventually to call him back. I will definitely call his company if I ever face an infestation.

They were WONDERFUL!! They were extremely nice, accommodating and helpful! I truly trusted their advice and perspective!

We had bees getting into the basement. They came sprayed and told me to call if they weren't gone in 2 days. No more bees!

They were great! We had a hornets nest above our garage and were especially concerned since we have 2 small children. They came on a Friday, treated the nest and by the night, we didn't see anymore hornets. They came back next week and removed the nest at no additional cost where other people were quoting me the removal as an additional cost. Thanks guys!

I called on Sunday about a very large wasp nest. Ar Dean was there on Monday at the committed time. While I was freaking out, they calmed me down and took care of the problem. They let you know that they have no problem returning to re-treat if necessary. So far, their work has been perfect, first time. No call backs necessary. I highly recommend them for all pest control needs Regarding the ants and termites, I called Ar Dean about the ants. It was through their thoroughness that the termites were found. Ar Dean took care of the problem and gave me a certificate certifying their work They're awesome!

He is very dependable and easy to deal with. He is very thorough when he come out lets you know exactly what he is doing. I would highly recommend him.
