Julio was excellent. His team delivered what was promised.

The experience was pretty good. They got the job done, but I wanted more feedback from them, like what exactly the problem they were fixing. What can we do to prevent it in the future. I wanted a little more communication and interaction. You just can't come and do the job and just go away. More interaction is needed. They did the job pretty well. Their punctuality was pretty good. They could explained what they done.

Julio was great to work with. Punctual (early, even), professional, and responsive. His team completed the new roof on our home in one day and cleaned up the debris from the old roof quickly after. Julio showed up several times to supervise the team. We appreciated that Julio's team used tarps to cover our landscaping, patio chairs, etc. I'd hire this company again, definitely.

Julio and his team were amazing. Very punctual and did the work quickly. After the roofing job was done. The workers showed me pictures of what they did, every step of the way. Great job, great guys, great prices. I will hire again in a few years when we plan on replacing our whole roof.

Julio was a professional from get-go. To help us rethink our solar install he shared couple of customer stories, how poorly installed solar panels had led to roof leaks. As there was snow on the roof he took measurements on the ground and later in detail explained the roofing solution. He patiently heard our concerns. He explained that he was a certified master elite contractor for GAF roofing systems which came with long warranty options on shingles (materials and labor included for 20, 30 & 50 years) These warranty options were non-vendor specific, meaning we can deal directly with GAF on any future roof irrespective if installer is still around or not. We like that idea. To be able to provide these super long "no questions asked" warranties Julio explained (and demonstrated on a video display) how, many layers of specific products needs to be installed, in a systematic fashion. In our case, as Solar panels were to be installed on the back roof he suggested a additional layer of ice/water shield for protection. But since this thicker synthetic shield lowers the breathability of the roof and increases the risk of trapped moisture in the attic, he recommended adding a ridge vent (i.e. cutout a slim section along the entire apex of the roof and capped with a breathable cover and shingles) and he also suggested removing the current three attic fans to help air exchange in attic work more efficiently. Later I was able to confirm his suggestions online! He send the estimate in couple of days and this was in line with other estimates I received from roofers in the Scotch Plains/Westfield area. The difference was Julio's thoroughness in addressing all our concerns and his focus on the quality of recommended materials and details of the tear-down and installation process. So for a change we weren't a slight bit disappointed in the selection of a vendor on a big project! BTW, he also proactively decided to call the regional manager for GAF, on a conference call seeking further product or install recommendation to prevent future leaks under solar panel shingles. This call and suggestions of a better seal was helpful. Julio had a dumpster pre-delivered on the property and a skinnier crew show up a day early to remove all the gutter covers, measure and plan any sidings to be replaced and prep roof for install next day. Next day, his crew was very punctual, professional and well prepared. We only saw them rest once (during a lunch break) and we were getting exhausted just watching the pace of work (we are retired!) First thing crew did was put large tarps (around perimeter) and giant screens draped from roof to ground, around the house to catch and collect debris. Next, they started the tear down of two layers of old roof. They removed the attic fans, satellite dishes (which we no longer need) and replaced (at no charge) couple of of plywood roof deck sections which looked suspicious (moisture related weathering perhaps) They also prepped chimneys to install proper flashing as recommended by GAF in their warranty brochures. Tear down and prep was completed in the morning. After lunch they started installing the various roof layers. I never thought they would be able to finish our 3000 Square feet roof in one day! Julio has a very efficient crew and a good foreman (Anuar) on the job. They were very responsive to all our questions and pre-empted some of our minor concerns. Julio stopped by to supervise. But for rest of the day he was just a call away and responsive on couple of questions. They almost stayed till 7PM, cleaning up the property very thoroughly (Ex: being a windy day a crew member walked over to my neighbor's property to cleanup any accidentally blown away debris) They used a magnet thingy (size of a push broom on wheels) for a 20 minute walk around the perimeter and driveway to pick up any nails on the ground. Anuar returned the next day with couple of guys to install 2 sidings (missing since Sandy, i.e. much before this project started) for no charge! But once they started, I added on some additional work around a decayed window wood frame and some more damaged sidings. Julio was kind enough to accommodate this add-on work for a very reasonable cost. We ended replacing our old gutter screens, and satisfactorily used a vendor Julio recommended the very next day. All in all an excellent experience, especially compared to our initial anxieties. We highly recommend Julio and his team to any home owner who cares about quality and value (as opposed to just price)

Julio gave me a thorough inspections and recommendations for what needed to be done. He suggested to install more vents in my attic. His estimated price is reasonable and accurate. His crew are very professional and super efficient. Show up on time and finished the work in less than 3 days. They did a great clean up job after work. Julio even did a after-work inspection himself and found some minor gutter alignment problem and sent the crew back to fix it in two days.

I have done extensive work remodeling my home over the past 5 years, working with many contractors/subcontractors, and few have come close to delivering the quality, professionalism, and punctuality that Julio and his team delivered. This was a large by my standards and his team worked diligently to make sure it was done effectively and efficiently. As with any job, there will be unforeseen issues, but those problems took literally one phone call to Julio resolve and they were addressed within hours. All of this for a fair price. Needles to say I would hire him again.

The work was efficient, fast, professional, high quality and we are pleased with the end product. The crew did an excellent job and the clean-up was amazing. We also had our gutters replaced as well - extremely happy with end result.

Julio gave us an estimate that came out way lower than anyone else for the same work by other contractors on Angie's List, all of which were local and well rated for roofing. He also quoted gutter replacement separately in case it was needed. Even with that, All Over came in under all other contractors. Things went well other than a minor miscommunication scheduling him to come and pick up the check, but that was only a minor speed bump. He wanted to get started very soon, which was OK for us: he picked up the deposit on Monday and said he'd try to be here Tuesday afternoon if his crew finished a job nearby, Wednesday AM if not. The check pickup happened at 10 AM and a truck dropped off the supplies in our driveway by 2 PM. The crew and a dumpster arrived at 8 AM Wednesday, and they worked nearly constantly until just after it got dark. They came back the same time Thursday and were finished by noon. Thick tarps were placed all over the lawns where debris might have landed and as far as I can tell, the clean-up was flawless. Julio was in touch throughout the process and showed up on noon the first day to supervise. The roof looks great and I haven't heard critters in the walls, so I'm guessing the noise scared them off.

My home was damaged after a bad storm and I needed to have the roof replaced. While I was having the roof done I also looked to have the gutters replaced and some wood siding repaired. I received 5 quotes for the work and Julio's price was very competitive vs. the other 4 (not the lowest but not the highest either). Going by the reviews I've read about All Over Exterior, I decided to go with Julio and I'm glad I did. Julio came to my house and walked me through his recommendations for all of the repairs. Being my 5th and last estimate, I was pretty well versed in what others were recommending and Julio made me feel comfortable that he knew what he was doing. Once the work started we encountered a few issues that we were not prepared for but Julio was extremely fair in pricing out the extra work and in some instances he didn't charge me a penny more. For the items he did have to charge me for he showed me receipts for the materials and gave me a fair price for the extra work. I'm very pleased with how everything turned out and I would definitely use All Over Exterior again.

Julio, the owner of All Over Exterior Remodeling, took the time to inspect our roof and to provide me with pictures of the current state of our roof and a detailed estimate unlike the other companies that I called. Julio began the work immediately with an experienced and efficient staff that cleaned up everyday and kept me informed of the progress everyday. Julio and his crew from All Over Exterior put up new siding on our house back in April. We knew we were going to need a new roof soon after. Last month we saw that our bedroom ceiling was a bit damp. I called Julio and they were able to come out and give us a new roof in a weeks time. He is honest, dependable, and affordable. His crew was quick and clean. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a new roof or siding.

Julio is an excellent professional. He and his team did an excellent job on our new roof. I had asked him to add ventilation system to our roof because it used to get too hot in the attic. He knew and understands everything and gave us good quotes for the job. We are very happy with the job that AllOver did including the upgrades we had asked for.

All Over did a great job with the roof. Main roof was done in the first day! Additional work needed to be done and Julio was very fair additional cost. We needed to rebuild back porch roof and decided to replace back steps as well. After all said and done we are very happy with the work that was done. Julio is very responsive and even texted me back on a Sunday to answer a question. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

Julio is very pleasant to work with. He made the estimate on time, explained everything in plain language so I can understand(not very handy person myself) and made an reasonable estimate. His crew showed up very early in the morning of appointment day, very polite, efficiently working, finished around 4pm. They cleaned all the mess from the roof, deck and backyard, left the house like they had never been there before. Julio came back the next morning to collect the check, he climbed on the roof again to check and make sure all the work were done properly as he promised before. No leaking so far ! I went blindly in selecting this provider based on the reviews I have read. I will have to say that I am pleased with my decision to go with All Over Exterior as my siding provider. This was our 2nd quote. Our first quote involved using cement-fiber materials and we decided to go another route which is using vinyl instead. Not every job/project is a bed of roses and anyone's mileage varies. We did run into a few issues BUT these were all dealt with and resolved professionally. I would recommend All Over Exterior.

I recently bought a house that was in desparate need of a new garage roof (several holes and more damage). Overall, I had a good experience. Julio was very responsive, was able to do the job quickly (both in terms of availability as well as time to complete the work). I was not able to be home while the work was performed and appreciated that Julio sent picture of the job in progress and once finished. My only complaint is that they could have done a better job cleaning up after, as there was a not insignificant amount of broken shingles left behind.
