Julio was very easy to work with, was prompt and followed up. He also sent someone by to go over the roof a few days later to make sure we were satisfied.

Julio and his company were easy to work with and the results were excellent. He started on the day we requested and, with a large crew, finished the work in two days as represented. We have a lot of shrubs and flower beds around the house and on the property and they were given due consideration by the workmen. The cleanup was excellent. The office staff and Julio got back to us quickly when we had questions.

We came across Julio about 4 years ago and he gave us a quote for siding. We didn't have the funds at the time, but were so impressed with him that we called him back when we were ready. It absolutely looks like we have a new house. The crew was professional and speedy and we are super happy with the job. They went the extra mile - even leveling a window that had been installed crookedly. We highly recommend Julio and his crew!

Excellant. All phases from removing of the old roofing, replacing damaged plywood decking and then applying the new roofing materierials and then cleanup were completed by the crew with obvious skill and efficiency. Job was started as scheduled and completed the same day. Julio, the business owner was pleasent to work with from our first meeting. He was present during the work.

Everything went well, it was good, the company was great, easy to cooperate with; they brought the paperwork over for review, a little bit pricey, but a top rated company on Angie's List as the main criteria. Everything that was discussed was done accordingly. Installed screen on the roof as well to keep the squirrels away, and would recommend them to other members.

It was a large job and they worked very hard to get it done. They did it within three days which was great for the amount of work they had to do. They did a good job and I would recommend them to others.

The job was completed on time and well, using quality materials. Julio was available to answer all of my questions throughout the process and made sure that everything ran smoothly. I found the quality of work excellent. They paid attention to detail, took their time and did a great job. Julio, the owner, did a thorough consultation to make sure we addressed all the details before they began then checked in to review again during the job. I found the workers to be pleasant, polite and respectful. I had one concern during the job - they didn't put down enough tarps to catch the nails/debris from being everywhere. Julio explained why there was a shortage of tarps which indicates it is not a regular occurrence.. They did clean up well after I expressed the concern. Their price was $3000 - $4000 less than the other bids but I still got quality work. A family member, who is an experienced general contractor, stated they did great work which affirms it for me.

First, the girl who runs the office, Angie, was polite, professional, and responded quickly to any calls I made or emails I sent. Julio was thorough explaining what needed to be done and why and provided a detailed quote that didn't leave any guesswork and there were no additional surprises. The job took 3 days as promised and the crew did a great job with the roof installation, gutters and soffit vents and I can't say enough about their attention to the details. The property was spotless each day when they left the job. i would not hesitate to use them if i ever have a future need.

All over Exterior Remodeling exceeded my expectations in every way. The owner, Julio Checon came out right away to inspection my roof and provided an estimate within 2 days. Julio is very knowledgeable and clearly explained the scope of the work. He was able to answer all my questions about replacing a roof and the materials he used. (Of,course I googled everything beforehand so I knew everything Julio explained to me was the TRUTH. He offered several options and made sure he understood everything I wanted. The Roofing team did an amazing job, the team is extremely hard working, they showed up on time, worked all day long and cleaned up above and beyond in 90 degree weather. The crew was very respectful and courteous to my property. They completed the entire job in 3 days an my new roof and gutters make my house look brand new. I highly recommend using All Over Exterior Roofing. I read tons of reviews on Angie's list to determine which companies to get estimates from, I received a total of 4 estimates and decided to go with All Over Exterior Remodeling. The estimate I received wasn't the highest or lowest estimate it was right in the middle. Most of the Roofing companies left the estimates with my mother but Julio asked to schedule time with me to go over the estimate personally. I wasn't sure about which shingle color to get so Julio offered to drive me around my neighborhood and look at roofs, this allowed me to choose the perfect color for my roof. I am 100% happy. with the service I received.

Recently we did a couple of major renovations/constructions. The roofing and siding project with All Over Exterior has been the most smooth and pleasant. Julio promptly responded to our inquiry by personally (and not remotely by a software and teleconferencing that some companies use these days) coming and checking the roof. He was the only one who actually climbed the ladder and looked into the attic, offered valuable suggestions and did not try to persuade us to made an unnecessary and expensive total reroof. His assistant and manager in the field, Anuar, is really a sweet and very industrious guy. He worked hard and one feels his desire to do an excellent job. Both the new roof and the siding repair look beautiful. Julio gives 10 years warranty on his work on this job and that should say something (others offered one year for second layer) . The premises were left clean as if no major job of roofing has been performed. The communication with Julio was always smooth, very satisfactory and on time. We hope and believe that others will have the same excellent experience that we had with Julio and his company. His price was fair and the best.

Wonderful, I will tell all my friends to use All Over. They were on time, did a rip off an then the new roof. Left the yard and drive way cleaner then when they arrived. Even took down all my solar lights and replaced them for me. I am truly happy with them and their service.

The full house was re-sided in about four days. Our contact and owner of the company, Julio, was very professional, concise, and thoughtful in presenting our options. The house looks fabulous and we have had many compliments about the final product from neighbors and passer-bys. The workers were here in the rain and were very persistent in getting the job done! We were more than pleased with this company and highly recommend them to others in New Jersey!

Julio took quality time with the estimate and explaining the various aspects of the work that needed to be completed. His crew showed up at the agreed time, and worked around various rain showers to complete the work as close to schedule as possible. His crew, and subcontractors, were courteous and professional, and receptive to input. Overall, we are very pleased with the work and would hire again.

t seemed we had several small leaks in the roof, so we called All Over Exterior Remodeling to check it out. Julio came and inspected the roof and he showed us pictures of everything that was not right. And showed us examples of how a good roof should be done. Unfortunately there was no other way than full roof replacement. We decided to also get new gutters with leaf guard. Everything was going to be a 2-day job, and they started only a few days after we signed the contract. Once they stripped off the old roof they noticed on almost 40% of the roof rotten plywood. Again Julio and his team showed me all the damage on the roof, and we had not other choice but to have the plywood replaced. Plus we decided to get all new soffits to improve ventilation under the roof and to avoid future moisture build up and rotting plywood. In the end this made it a 5-day job. The team was great and kept us up to date on progress. They cleaned up during and after the job was done. And the new roof looks great. We had a few summer storms already with heavy rain, and the roof is holding up nicely. It was a good investment, and I would recommend All Over Exterior Remodeling to anyone. They were fast, diligent and I think they do the job right.

The project got off to,a great start when Julio took the time to carefully evaluate our roof situation and explain everything to my wife and me. He showed us examples of "less than adequate" installation work by our previous roof installer, that contributed to periodic water leakage by ice dams over the years. He presented us with options and suggestions. The work itself was done by quite a large crew of around 8 men. This allowed them to complete the job in just 1 day. Julio took photos from the roof showing progress and examples of where we had previous water damage. Crew did a great job cleaning up - hardly any scraps remained. I was impressed by the workmanship and Julio was reliable and punctual.

Julio responded promptly to all my calls as well as my email inquiries. He was very patient in answering all my questions as I know nothing about roof replacement. I got quotes from other contractors as well but finally hired Julio because of his responsiveness, patience, willingness to work with you on price and schedule as well as all the positive reviews on their work. They tore off the entire roof, replaced many rotten boards and installed roof as well as gutters and leaders. Entire work took 2 days. The house is about 1520 sq ft, not sure about the roof size. We've had a number of days when it rained really hard and roof and gutters are holding up pretty well. No leaks.

Julio came out to provide an estimate, and was friendly, curteous, and very detailed about all the specs of the job. His estimate was lower than other local companies in my area, but I trusted the AL reviews and went with All Over. Glad I did. They guys came out and did the entire job I one day. We had to reschedule due to bad weather and holidays, and Julio was very accommodating. I asked if I could use an AL coupon for $350 off, and and Julio honored it, even after I have already paid in full. Very honorable company. I'm about 90% happy with the clean up. By the time they were done with the roof it was dark, and the guys missed a lot of debris. They did send a guy back the next day to do some touch ups, which I very much appreciated. Still, my attic has a bunch of shakes debris from the old roof. All in all, however, I'm very happy with the job and the price. Would highly recommended

I am very pleased with the work that AllOver did and would recommend them. Julio provided a clear and concise solution to my problem without pressure and at a fair price. The crew arrived on time, answered my questions and were meticulous. They cleaned up when the project was completed and took the trash with them. This is the way it's supposed to be when working with a contractor.

Julio responded immediately and promptly to all my phone calls. He even came out and personally drove me around different neighborhoods to view sample shingle colors. Over the past months I had numerous roofing contractors come to give estimates, and finally chose Julio for a number of reasons including his positive reviews, and the fact that he was always responsive, patient and professional. His crew completed a tear off, installation and clean up of our entire roof in one day.

Julio was very accommodating and punctual. He check in on the job often and kept me updated as to progress. Workers were neat and cleaned up around the property well when the job was finished.
