Merilyn was very kind and responsive, however, I was very disappointed in the fact that the cleaners used my products (Dyson vacuum, Swiffer, and cleaning solutions) and did not properly clean my floors. I had specifically expressed concerns with the floors and was dumbfounded when they used my Swiffer because they did not bring a mop or hardwood floor cleaner. The floors were streaky from using the Swiffer as a Swiffer is not designed for a "deep clean." Just this morning, when using my Dyson vacuum, I found the canister no longer opens properly, probably from the cleaners not knowing how to use it (they should have used their own vacuum cleaner and not touched mine). I am also not happy with the price; their coupon for a "deep clean" states that the charges are for 3500 sq ft homes, so I am really not sure why my home, half the size, had to have an extra $50 charge. While I had given some leeway to Rosemark Cleaners because of the kindness of Merilyn (she offered to come back with a mop, to which I declined), finding my Dyson a bit broken this morning really ticked me off to no end. Angie's List fails again, unfortunately.

Very well. They kept in touch when the were running a little late. They were very friendly also and did a very good job.

I specifically bought deep-cleaning coupon which provides list of services like dusting ceiling fans, baseboards and other tasks. The cleaners did some of the specified tasks and not others. Failure is on Angies' List part for not communicating clearly the service Rosemary was supposed to provide. My first time using Angies' List - probably my last. Too much cost not to be clear about provided services.

It worked out okay. It wasn't exceptional. You're limited to four hours. You don't get to do more or less as much as you want them to do. They were very good. I want to rate them good. What I'm looking for is someone that is experienced, almost professional where they know. For example, this is marble, this is what we have to clean with, this is granite, this is what we have to clean with. Instead of me telling them, do it this way or do it that way because I don't know. Maybe I'm looking for an industrial cleaner or I'm looking for someone who know what granite is and what you clean with. They are average cleaners. They came, cleaned well and that was it. I wouldn't recommend against them. I would definitely recommend if they want light cleaning or an average clean house. They kept their word but I called them back and asked them if they can come the following week or something. They were very okay with their schedule. My expectations are very high. They said they would bring their own products which I was okay with that. I'd rather they use their own products. When I told then that I had some stuff on the garage door, if you want to use it. They were like, yeah, let's get this, let's get that. That rubbed me the wrong way, even though I offered, you can just pick whatever you want from the garage. I hoped they were just going to come in and bring their stuff with them. I will not use them again because they're not what I need.

Worked hard, brought supplies, stayed overtime to finish

Flushed multiple cleaning wipes down the toilet. I had to have it snaked out. Plunger wouldn't free up the toilet - and I'm a handy person. Cleaned only front half of higher up shelves, even though we provided them with a step stool.

One person started at 5:30 am. I knew the starting time. Second employee began at 7 am. On floors. All work was done by 12:30 pm. Excellent job. All trash was bundled and put in proper place.would definitely us this company again. They travel to reading, pa frequently.

Rosmak Organic cleaners responded to my request is a timely and professional manner. They cleaned my apartment to my specification.They used their own eco-friendly cleaning products and recommended cleaning items for me. Two ladies came to clean and were very friendly and courteous. They did an excellent job. They left my place spic and span with a clean smell. I highly recommend RosMak Organic Cleaners and have arranged recurring cleaning service with.

I've used this service for the first time for cleaning my apartment of debris and other dirt stuff, immediately following some minor renovation works in my apartment. The cleaning service was thorough and excellent. The contracting service workers had arrived exactly on time and had been very professional and pleasant to me. The workers proved to be trustworthy, reliable and friendly. Good experience from start to finish.
