carpet cleaners
 + -1 moreThey give a 50% discount if you drop off the carpet. I guess because they have a large client base in NYC. They got a difficult stain out and renewed my Crate & Barrel rug. Would definitely use them again.

 + -1 moreWe had 2 oriental carpets, one was an antique and very fragile. I took them to Pronto, they inspected the carpets with us, discussing wear and tear and taking pictures. I was very insistent that the antique was hand cleaned. They also had a coupon that gave a very steep discount (50%) if you dropped off and picked up the carpets. They were ready 1 week later. They are beautiful and in good shape. When I picked them up, they laid them out and we inspected the carpet together. Anthony and his crew are very nice, attentive to your needs, professional and just plain good at their job.
