+ -1 moreI contacted this company several times before they returned my call. When we spoke I explained I had a very small job - I wanted bars put on a basement window. They replied that if I took the measurements they would make the bars and install them on their way out to Long Island to visit relatives. I thought that was nice and I measured the window and gave them the information as requested. I was told they would stop by on friday before the holiday weekend and waited all day but no one showed. My calls were not answered. After the weekend I called them again and when I told them the problem I was put "on hold" indefinitely and could never get anyone to answer my calls after that.
Description of Work: I needed bars put on a window but no work was actually performed.

+ -1 moreIt took them a day and half to finish the work. The individuals who came were very fine workmen, were very knowledgeable and their work was great. They worked consistently, and were able to complete the work on time. I was happy with the price they quoted. The only problem that I have had with them is that about two months ago, I had asked them to come over and reinforce two railings, but they have not come yet. The initial experience with them was great, but their follow up has not been good.
Description of Work: I used CS Welding to put handrails in front of my house and build a basement window.

+ 0 moreOmar came promptly to give his estimate, which was somewhat lower than 2 others. It turned out I could not do the job right away, and he told me he would be available whenever I called him after my return from vacation. 3 months after the estimate, he did just that, and honored the previous estimate. Since I did not care for any of the sample designs he had, he told me he would install anything I could buy elsewhere. I found what I liked on the Internet, had it sent to Omar, and he painted the pieces and installed them promptly.
Description of Work: Accepted delivery of wrought iron parts that I ordered from the internet, painted them (and repainted to match what I had seen on the site), and installed the railing on my front porch.

+ -1 moreI called and reached a live person. Omar arranged to come to my house and gave me his cell number. He was able to perform the work the day after the visit for the estimate.
Description of Work: Re-welded cast iron railings to fit new steps, painted the old railings and installed them after they were adapted to new step configuration.
