I was in desperate need of a termite inspection for a mortgage company and was jersey around by a big named company that rhymes with "porkin" for over four weeks. I was on the verge of loosing my locked rate and Tom took time out of his already busy schedule to complete the inspection and provide the necessary paperwork, all for a very fair price. He is genuine, caring, and professional giving sound advise what you need in pest control, not what is convenient to sell.
