+ -1 moreThey did the whole house in 15 minutes. The middle section of the house was clean, but the edges of the stairs were not touched at all. I would NOT recommend them period...

+ -1 moreThey are usually outstanding. It dries instantly and they move my furniture out of the way and then back again. When they do my rugs everything comes out. I have never had a problem with them and I think the price is reasonable. I used to have them use a deodorizer because I had a cat, but I don't need that anymore.
Description of Work: I use Paradise Chem-Dry for carpet cleaning. I use them about once a year.

+ 0 moreI had an appointment with Chem Dry to have my living room carpet, sofa, chair and ottoman cleaned. They could not give me an appointment but rather a window of time - between 8am and noon - when they could do the work. The day before, during the confirmation call, I asked if it were possible to tell if they would be at my home closer to 8 or noon and they said closer to 8am. Instead, at 12:01, I received a call from the cleaners telling me they would be at my house at 12:30. Needless to say I was furious having been trapped, waiting in my house for multiple wasted hours that I won't get back. I was surprised at how unprofessional they were since they had my phone number on them the entire morning and simply booked too much work without consideration of the people waiting in their homes.
Description of Work: I had an appointment with Chem Dry to have my living room carpet, sofa, chair and ottoman cleaned. They did not show up in the 4 hour window they promised me.

+ -1 moreI was very satisfied because they were very thorough. They were able to remove all the dog stains and even moved all of the furniture carefully. I was very pleased.
Description of Work: They cleaned the carpets in my living room, dining room, and up the hallway. They were was some extra dirt spots that had to be removed as well.

+ -1 moreTHIS COMPANY ADVERTISES A LOT, AND YOU WILL SEE THE NAME ALL OVER ADS COMING TO YOUR HOUSE IN ENVELOPES AND IN MAGAZINES (WITH COUPONS)AND LIKE MYSELF, I ASSUMED THAT THEY WERE GOOD. THEY EVEN ADVERTISE IN THE PHONE BOOK. DON'T BE FOOLED! THEY STINK!
Description of Work: SLOPPY-MY RUGS WERE CLEANER BEFORE THEY WERE CLEANED BY CHEM DRY. I HAD TO HOUND THE MEN TO COMPLETE THE JOB. THEY WERE SUPPOSE TO DO 2 ROOMS AND A HALL. THEY ALMOST DIDN'T DO MY SECOND ROOM. WHEN THEY DID CLEAN THE RUGS, THEY ONLY CLEANED THE MIDDLE, THEY DID NOT GO TO THE EDGES. THE COMPANY CALLED A SHORT TIME AFTER THE MEN LEFT TO SEE HOW I LIKED THE JOB. I TOLD THE REPRESENTATIVE HOW UNHAPPY I WAS WITH THE JOB. SHE SENT THE SAME TWO MEN BACK TO RE-CLEAN THE RUGS! THEY WERE RUDE AND ACTUALLY ASKED ME WHY I DIDN'T LIKE THEIR WORK. I SHOWED THEM ALL THE AREA THAT THEY MISSED AND THEY TOLD ME THAT REQUIRED THEM TO GO BACK OUT TO THE TRUCK AND GET ANOTHER MACHINE. WELL, THAT IS THE JOB, RIGHT? WHEN THEY LEFT THE SECOND TIME, MY RUGS WERE COVERED WITH WHITE LINT FROM THE PAD ON THE MACHINE! I HAD TO ACTUALLY GET ON MY KNEES TO GET A LOT OF IT OUT OF THE FIBERS OF THE RUG! I WAS TOLD LATER THAT IT MUST HAVE BEEN AN OLD PAD.
