This company is excellent to work with. They've resurfaced, designed, colored and sealed our 2400 sq ft driveway in only two days and did a great job. The co-owner Gwen is very responsive, professional and knows her business well. My husband and I are very impressed and would highly recommend them to anyone.

They were very cooperative and pleasant to deal with. The resurfaced areas look beautiful, much nicer than just having the concrete redone.

We recently hired New Castle Artisans to resurface our driveway, garage floor, walkway path and front steps - all of which were concrete. It is obvious they have plenty of experience and when Gwen came out to evaluate the project, she provided advice and suggestions that helped our decision tremendously. We were able to get a good idea as to how the project would look finished and what the pros and cons of the resurfacing approach would be. Scheduling was easy and there was no variation from initial dates provided for the project. On the day the finished surface was completed, the crew came out on time and engaged us to make sure the finished product met our expectations in design, color etc. Again, the "artist" provided suggestions based on experience which was helpful. I used artist in quotes, because the design was drawn on the surface by hand and is truly a unique work of art. We largely took suggestions as they made sense and provided our preferences for color, lightness etc all of which were implemented as we described. The finished resurfaced driveway looks beautiful and the walkway and steps look as though they were laid by a master mason. We really love the look and have found the surface to meet our expectations as far as reistance to dirt, stains, etc. It is washable and cleans easily so there should be no degradation of looks. The crew was friendly, courteous andcleaned up the site as well as it could be cleaned. We'll have to see how long the surface lasts and how durable it is. It may be less expensive going other routes, but you would get the advantages of the resurfaced product which is stronger than concrete. It is expensive relatively so we are hoping this is a permanent solution to the peeling degrading we saw with the original concrete driveway. Our garage floor was done as well and it is very easy to clean and maintain now. I would highly recommend this company and crew as well as the process. I cannot speak to long term outcomes, but from what I have read and investigated on my own, it should be durable and easy to maintain. Two different neighbors have already inquired about the process/product and contractor and we have recommended both.

If you have any cracks in your driveway, or plain and ugly, you can't go wrong with the concrete overlay that New Castle Artisan provides. They provide the best value for your money! And it turns out beautiful!!
