Our initial call was met with an almost immediate call back and arrangements for an in person estimate which took place shortly thereafter. On the scheduled day of service Steve arrived right on time and went right to work. When we got home from work that afternoon we were amazed at how great the house looked. The price was more than reasonable and the bill was just left at our door to pay at our leisure. What a great experience.

It went well. Steve was very professional and arrived on time.

They were extremely responsive in getting a quote, scheduled within a week of acceptance of the quote and did a excellent job.

Chris came and gave me an estimate. It was the middle price of three estimates. I went with him because he would provide proof of insurance, which he did. Chris's employee, Steve, did the job. He called to tell me he would be a little late. The job was scheduled for 8:30 and he arrived at 8:40. I was impressed with his consideration. He told me what he would do as we walked around the house and told me he was using bleach in the water and I should move my plants that I had on the deck. He was done in about 1 and 1/2 hours and I was very pleased with the results. The house looks like new! I would recomend this company to anyone. They would not be disappointed.

Excellent company. They responded to my request immideatly and were out the same day to give me an estimate. The owner was out and after looking at everything gave me an immediate estimate and then scheduled my appointment. I called a few days ahead of time to try and narrow down a time, They were very accommodating to my needs and had started working before I got home. They left no mess behind. There was all kings of things on the roof and whenever I tried to power wash my bricks I was cleaning up the dirt for weeks. The only negative is they have so much business it took two weeks to schedule my work.

my inquiry was answered the next day by chris, he came out the next day and gave me an estimite. I was thinking it would be a little lower but it had been 3 years since I had the work done. We made a deal and set an apointment. The day the work was to be done Chris called the night before to confirm. His man came just when he said he would. He did a great job, he moved all the furniture on the deck and put everything back when he was done. He also washed my shed which was not in the estimate. he was very through and everything looked great when he was done , I was very happy with the work.

Chris's employee (sorry forget his name) showed up on time (early in fact!) . As part of the Angie's list promotion, he power washed our front walkway and stairs for free. He also power washed all of the siding on the house, the deck and the deck rails. The house had not had a good exterior cleaning in a few years and I was amazed at the results. Everything is spotless and looks almost brand new! I would absolutely use Chris' Pressure Wash again. They did a great job.

He was on time, stuck to the price and did a good job. His employee was very good and personable. He took his time and didn't rush.

Chris was on time to present the estimate and his crew showed up when promised and completed the job on time. They also walked me around the property to make sure I was satisfied !! I would definitely recommend them and use them in the future!!

Siding and decks look fantastic. Chris was very friendly and professional, and did some of the pressure washing himself after he came back to inspect how one of his workers did. Would definitely use him again and recommend to others.

He made extra efforts on areas that weren't coming clean and as well he would have hoped. His professionalism and attempt were really positive. He did a great job with that but I was a bit disappointed with the actual outcome. The pressure washing did not really remove some stains and things that I had hoped it would have. There were crayon marks on the patio and that did not come off. A stain from the dye in the mulch on the siding did not come off. The black marks along the bottom of the white fence, made by the edge of a lawn mower or the tires, did not come off either. He tried to get them off but they just remained, and I cannot fault him for trying. I don't know whether any other place could have done a better job or whether a stronger solvent or soap would have gotten the stains out. The pressure washing was a bit hard on the patio and kind of damaged the grout stuff between the pavers. It also did not solve some of the other problems. The price was probably average.

Got Chris' Pressure Washing from reviews on Angie's List. Called Chris late afternoon and he called back the next day. He came by the same day we talked and left estimate in my mailbox while I was working. Price was what I expected and called back to set a date to do the job. It was about 4 days later that we set the date. Chris showed up with one of his workers and introduced him to me. He told me that he was going to leave and would come back to inspect the job his helper did before they would leave. He did just that and in about one hour or so, the house looked GREAT! I will use them again in the future and would recommend to anyone looking to have dirt mold and mildew washed off their house!

The whole experience was great. Chris contacted me immediately by responding to my email inquiry first, and then with a phone call. He came to my home while I was at work and gave me an estimate, which he left in my front door. I thought the estimate was good, so I called him and set up an appointment for today. He called me last night to confirm our appointment, and to give me an approximate time of when his employee, Rob, would get here. Rob called me on my cell phone beforehand to let me know he was on his way. My house is white vinyl and stucco. When Rob was done with the pressure wash, the house, steps, and walkway were sparkling clean. He was very neat and caused no damage to the shrubbery. Both Chris and Rob were very nice and polite, and it was a pleasure dealing with both. My house looks great.

Called back within a day. Reviewed my home within three days and gave price. Job was done in 3 hours.

I emailed Chris's Pressure Wash (CPW) and within two days, someone stopped by our house and dropped off the estimate. I never even had to call them back. Most other service providers I emailed called me back to tell me to call for an estimate. Both my husband and I are very busy and email is the fastest and guaranteed way to reach us. It took us a while to get back to CPW only because we were traveling. However, when we called CPW back, they were able to come out very quickly and get the job done in the estimated amount of time for the quoted price. They did an excellent job and we cannot be happier. We only wished other people were as efficient as CPW!

This is the 1st time that I have even had my house pressure wash. I send Chris an email thru his web site and he contacted me in less than 48 hours. Came out the same day he contacted me, gave me his price and a day to do the pressure wash. His employee showed up on time, quickly went to work, and completely clean up after himself. If it was not for the housed be very clean, I would of never known he was here. I will be using him every year now. It great to have the color of the siding back to the original.

Chris returned my call the same day and came out and gave me an estimate the next morning. My neighbor down the street was interested also and though he gave us a good price. We scheduled to have them out the following Tuesday. He was there Tuesday morning around 8am and started the work but a bunch of thunder storms were rolling through and they had to stop. We scheduled for the following Thursday, he was there on time and got both homes done in a single day. The house looks great and they were able to get the green I guess it is mold off the side of my house. They were very easy to work with and I feel they gave me a fair price. I will mostly likely use him again next year.

They showed up and went straight to work. I was a bit concerned as I expected more than one worker; however, the guy was a dynamo and did an excellent job with everything. I was very pleased.
