I called Chris' Pressure wash after seeing the excellent reviews on Angie's list. He lived up to those good reviews. He contacted me and promised which day he would leave a quote. He promptly provided a quote that was several hundred dollars less than a quote by a different company. He also added my porch at no charge. I was so impressed that I requested a quote on my walkway and driveway. To my pleasant surprise, he had already calculated the amount on his initial visit and the combined quote of house and driveway was less than that of a competitors for just power washing only my house. The work was done well. The house looks great with multiple stains from 4000 sq ft , 12 year old stucco home gone. The driveway and walkway looks like brand new. I highly recommend Chris' Pressure wash both for customer service, great price and quality of work.

Chris and his helper arrived on time. They set up hoses and equipment as needed and his helper spent a few hours doing the house and deck meticulously. When done there were no signs of green algae anywhere. The deck was also made ready for staining at a later date. All done to my satisfaction without asking for anything special. Highly recommend Chris's Pressure wash to neighbors and friends.

I contacted Chris on July 1 and he was extremely personable and informative. He went out to my house that day to provide me with a quote for the work I wanted done. When I got home from work, an estimate was in the mailbox and Chris contacted me that night with further details. He had an opening the next day and he could send one of his crews out to complete the job. I live next to a lake that really puts havoc on the house and my deck. Chris' crew, Steve and Mark, came out to the house and they were very friendly and keep me in the loop with everything that was being done. My house and deck look like I just had brand new siding and a new deck installed. Their detergent solution did a great job. He sent his crew to my house that afternoon and the work was completed in 3 hours. The white siding and white fence look new again and the concrete areas are noticeably cleaner. His crew were professional, reliable and courteous. I called Chris on a Tuesday evening - my house was going on the market and I wanted to have the structure power washed before they took pictures... problem was, the photo session was scheduled for Friday afternoon. Chris drove to my house, evaluated the work and left me an estimate by Wednesday - I scheduled time with Chris for Friday (luckily) and his folks came out to the house (on time) and went to work. Everything that was going to be done was explained to me beforehand, and I was given multiple opportunities to ask questions if I had any concerns. Approx. two hours later, the job was done - house looked better than it has in years, and everything was finished in time for pictures. Can't thank Chris' Pressure Wash enough for the quick response and excellent work!

The surface cleaning for both the Aluminum Deck and the concrete driveway went well.

He was able to schedule my job for the next day which was extremely helpful to us. Except for a minor mishap and that some items weren't returned to the patio, the job was done well. Chris came out right away to fix the problem. The deck and the back of the house look bright and clean. I hope that I can have them back in the spring time.

Great - call backed the day after I left the initial message. Came out for an estimate the same week and scheduled the work for early they following week. Called the night before to confirm. On the day of they showed up and completed the work quickly and professionally. My house was transformed back to the shining white it was before all the rain this summer turned it green.

We were amazed at the transformation of our roof. We were told when the job would be completed and the cost and it was completed on time and at the stated cost. we are totally pleased with the outcome and our roof looks great.

They showed up when they said they would. The tech was courteous and seemed knowledgeable about the process. He assured me that the cleaning solution was safe for our dogs and plants. He took his time and did a great job. I was impressed with how clean the house was when he was done. I would recommend them and use them again in the future.

Chris and his team were very responsive from the first phone call to the end of the job. I explained the job and how I was hoping for a quick turn around because of a family gathering that was going to occur. Chris gave me a fair price quote and scheduled a date that was the soonest he could attend, but unfortunately after our family get together. He said he would put on a watch list and if he had a cancelation, or his team was able to get done early on another job, they would come sooner. As he explained it, this way I get a better chance of getting the work done sooner but if not, I had a safety net of a scheduled appointment. As it turned out, I got a call asking if a new time and date would work out and they were able to come by sooner. The work was done professionally, and Chris's staff member took his time to do a quality job. In the end, the house looked great and the deck was spotless. We were able to hold our family gathering and use the deck just as we had hoped. Great work by Chris and his team.

I got an immediate response to my request for an estimate and got the estimate quickly. We set up a date, and the crew arrived on time. They were very courteous. I asked them about the patio and steps in back of the house since the house was really looking good. Years of grime came off the house, patio, and steps (there when we moved into the house). My house looks beautiful and clean, just in time for Easter. The only problem I had and this was totally not their fault was after they crew was gone, I went down to the basement to do laundry and noticed mulch and dirt had gone through the basement window near the washer and dryer. Mulch and dirt were all over the floor and washer and dryer, on clothes, on the inside of the window and screen. So I had to clean that up unfortunately. I checked the other basement windows, and nothing came in. There must be a problem with that window so I'll have to make sure it's sealed up the next time Chris powerwashes my house. Fortunately, a nice window cleaning service that came out the next day cleaned the outside of that window and the screen. It's difficult to reach because it's underneath the steps and I hadn't planned on getting the basement windows cleaned, but Sparkling Windows cleaned them at no extra charge. Chris' crew would have no way of knowing about the incident.

From start to finish the job was handled professionally and efficiently. The worker arrived on time told me what he would do and did it methodically and with out interruption. He had a marked truck of "Chris Pressure Washing". The truck contained all the hoses, nozzles and the machine use to pressure the water. He did the gutters first, then the siding and finally all the cement sidewalks, patio, drive ways, etc. Before he did the cement work he lightly sprayed over the windows and screens to get off any dirt that might have gotten on there when he washed the vinyl siding. My wife who is very particular, and was anxious about getting this work done again after some disappointing use of others in the past, who used only a small portable water pump, was estatic after she saw how great everything looked. The siding now shines, the cement side walks and other areas are like almost like new cement. You can really tell the difference when you see our newly white side walk abutting up agains our neighbors dark gray uncleaned blocks of cement.. Will definitely use them again. Thought the price which was about $425 including tax was reasonable for the excellent work done.
