First of all, I have to say that scheduling on my end was not easy, and Chris was very patient in working with me, which was extremely appreciated! The guy who came out and did the job was very friendly and knowledgeable and did a wonderful job, the house looks fantastic! Could not ask for a more professional company!

I was able to easily schedule an appointment. Chris was very responsive. He ended up texting me a quote. The job was started when I wasn't home, and it went smoothly. They did a great job cleaning the whole house and even did my steps. In all he spent about 2 hours at my place.

Not only did the provider save me money by explaining that the windows would get cleaned without specifically paying extra for squeegee service, but also, the employee who did the job was great in telling me to go to work, not worry about anything; when I came home, it would be done; and I could mail them a check. It all turned out to be true. The job was EXCELLENT ! Will recommend and use again. The owner responded to my request for service promptly and scheduled me soon after. All in all- great !

I contacted Chris' Pressure Wash on June 23, and was able to receive an estimate the same day. He was very responsive (especially via email, which is extremely convenient for me). I was able to schedule my pressure wash for one week later. The night before the service, I received a phone call confirming my appointment and providing a service window. Mike came and worked for about 2 hours cleaning the entire house and front porch and walkway. I see a huge difference from before and after (all the mildew is gone). Everyone I dealt with was very professional and courteous, and I had a great experience. My only regret is not having my driveway done too. I would definitely use their services in the future.

I bought the deal from Angie's List, $249 paid thru Paypal. After Mike was done he gave me the grand total of $266.43. When I told him I had already paid thru Angie's List (something he should already know?) he then told me I still had to pay the sales tax. I had him call the office to confirm this. This is something that should be mentioned on the deal page AND any taxes should be included in the price. I am currently waiting for a call back from Angie's list. I fully expect them to refund me the $17.43 . update after Provider Response: I have now changed the grade for a third time. provider response tells me to "refer to the deal webpage it does state that sales tax is not included in the $249.00." This was updated after my complaint. At the time of purchase the tax caveat was not there. Very poor form to try and make a wronged customer look the fool. The company finally reached out to me and seems to want to make things right. Will update when that happens. The owner Chris made things right.

Service was provided while I wasn't home, but everything looked great! Side of my house was looking pretty bad with green algae/moss, and it's never looked better. We have rose bushes and plants close to the house and it looks like care was taken to avoid having the pressure hose harm the plants. Would definitely use again!

I had scheduled the work to be done with another "non-Angie's List" Power Washer that was recommended by a friend. They were a no-call/no-show and did not return my calls. This was on a Thursday and I had a party on Saturday so I wanted the deck and house cleaned and looking good. I was stuck. Now I had no one lined up. I went on Angie's List found Chris and saw all the good reviews. I called him. He returned my call quickly and we scheduled for the next day. Apparently he leaves a slot open for last minute emergencies. When the next day came his crew actually showed up and did the work. Imagine that. They did a great job and did it at a fair price. Plus he got me out of a tough situation by doing the work last minute. I highly recommend these guys.

I purchased the awesome Angie's List deal to have my home pressure washed for $199. When Chris, the owner, came to my home I also asked for estimates to pressure wash my vinyl fencing, very large 450 square foot very dirty and weathered deck, and other posts and railroad ties on my property. WOW...he gave me such incredible pricing and also included pressure washing my concrete porch, walkway, and sidewalk. The results are INCREDIBLE!! My house looks brand new!!! My deck has never been so clean and we can't wait to stain it this weekend. Steve, who did the work, was super friendly and very accommodating. He did a fabulous job! I will definitely use their service in the future and tell everyone I know about the superior job they did on my home. Thank you Chris and Steve!

up After putting it off for a few years, the time had come where I could not wait any longer to pressure wash the vinyl siding on my home. After reviewing the available contractors that serviced my area, I settled on Chris' Pressure Wash based on their price, availability and responsiveness. I had bad experiences in the past with two contractors advertising $99 specials, only to never show up, so I was very pleased when Chris called me the evening before my appointment to confirm and his technician showed at my front door promptly at the time he said he would be there. After a brief walk around to show him where things were, he went to work and two hours later my house was cleaned from top to bottom. Best of all, aside from the noticeably clean siding, I would have never known he had been there when he left. Nothing out of place, no plants trampled and any debris that had been generated from the process was disposed of. I intend to use Chris' Pressure Wash in the future and have and will recommend him to others looking for a professional job at a reasonable price.

Great job by Chris and crew! Home looks wonderful - they even got some pretty difficult-to-reach areas with seemingly little difficulty. What really did me over was they sprayed the recycling can, which was filthy with mud from when I removed by deck - without me even asking. THAT was awesome and really did me over the top!!! The walkway looks freaking amazing. Thanks, Chris...we'll see you again soon!

Chris responded quickly to my inquiry and did a very good job with the cleaning. Best part was, I did not need to be home. He left a bill in my mailbox and I mailed in the payment.

He did the back and north side of the house. He did a good job. It's a lot of work. A little bit high, but ok.

They were on time, vey courteous and moved all my furniture off the deck and back on. Very happy with the service and didn't mess up the wood like other pressure washing companies.
