the owner was arrogant and said he did not want a small job, and he told me that at our first meeting,THIS NEVER OCCURED.NOT A GOOD WAY TO DO BUSINESS.
Description of Work: nothing... said the work would be done by 6/1/2013 and never even called to explain delay.

I tried to explain to [member name removed] at our first meeting that his existing home made awning framework was not strong enough to support the awning he wanted me to fabricate, not because I didn't want a small job," I focus on mostly small custom jobs", It was not safe, he had a home made plastic cover on it and it too failed. Because of his constant nagging I took the order but was delayed because of many days of bad weather.When I was ready to start the work he said forget it, and called me a horrible person,I have been in business for 34 years and have thousands of happy customers and NO complaints from any of them. I was warned by [member name removed]' neighbors whom I have done work for years that he would be a problem, It is a shame that he has to drag people through a public forum rather than speak directly man to man to resolve any issues. They were excellent. Showed up on time, knew what he was talking about. Installation was done as promised - I would never hesitate recommending this company. Absolutely terrific.
