Excellent. Technician arrived on time. Very professional. Did a great job with the system. Totally cleaned up after he was done. Would definitely use again.

I had initially used Laney Heating and Cooling services to resolve multiple furnace and AC issues since moving to my house 16 months ago. My AC and heating systems are 13 years old and probably should be replaced. Ken the owner and his main technician Mike keep both systems running with only a couple of visits with little cost to me rather than selling me on the idea of replacing these units. I recently needed to super-cool a single room in my house and Ken suggested a ductless unit. This system was installed perfectly and above my satisfaction. Last, the price was beyond competitive as compared to other service providers and was all-inclusive which not only included the air handler and the condenser, but also the electrical requirements and complete cleanup. I can only description the finished installation as a piece of art. It looks that good. Even their office manager Veronica is top notch. I feel fortunate I found such a fair, reliable and honest company and the workers are as genuine as their work.

It went well. It was a bit of a challenge scheduling the overall contractor, electrician, and the Laney's team to coordinate the installation --- and the installation itself took 3 separate visits by Laneys: one to run the gas line, one to physically install the heater, and one to hook the gas line, electic line, and thrmostat together ---- at the end it was all done well.

Excellent Services and totally professional. Quick service response to failure of HVAC, since I had elderly parents living with me and temps in the house at 89 Degrees. High Recommend Laney's heating and cooling!

They were exceptionally professional, promt, fair and affordable.

They showed up early, were courteous and went to work right away. The technicians were very knowledgable, thorough and did a great job. I would use them again without hesitation. I had a couple of estimates and Laney's beat everyones price. If you want quality work performed at a fair and reasonable price, then call them. You won't be disappointed.

I had a company that I have used successfully before come out to fix the air conditioning at a rental home I own. That company told me there was a hole in the coil, that it did not pay to replace coil because it is very labor intensive and that I needed a new outdoor unit, costing thousands of dollars. My head was spinnning in disbelief so I forgot the exact amount. The AC unit is less than 10 years old, so I was very troubled at having to replace it. I specifically asked and they told me they could not fix the hole.I got Laney's from Angie's list since I don't live in the area. They came out same day I called, told me there was indeed a hole in the coil, and that they could fix it. I think the price was very reasonable considering they had to refill all the freon which had leaked out of the unit. They also replaced a bad capacitor. I did not deal with them in person but from the phone my impression is that they are very good, honest, easy to work with, and dependable. They returned the same day to fix the AC, so my tenant was so happy that instead of waiting for a new unit, it was up and running. They saved me at least $1,000 if not more. So far everything is working fine. Very good experience, especially having to deal over the phone. Highly recommended. They also gave me a nicely detailed bill and did not pressure me to pay on the spot or anything.

They checked our Air conditioning unit. They were very friendly. Our overall experience with them was excellent.
