Dan provided a reasonable quote, had to install at a later date as the house was wet, due to rain. He came back when promised and his work was top notch. We needed additional flashing and he promised to return the following week but honored his original quote.

Had to push back the service a few times due to weather, but they kept me informed on when they would be able to come.

I purchased an Angies Deal. Everything went as advertised. I set up an appointment and the contractor responded at the agreed to time. Two men did the work quickly and well. They even cleaned up the mess which I really wasn't expecting. I had asked them to bring some estimates for future work which they did. My home is two stories and the total gutter length was under 200 feet so the deal price applied. I was totally satisfied and would use this company again.

I ended up no using them because they were not in my area. They were great. They let me know immediately what the issue was and told me to get me get a refund from Angie’s List.

It went great. They were professional, fast and cleaned up the debris. Very happy with their service and would recommend them to friends and family.

Cleaned gutters front and back on my ranch style home. Responded to my request promptly, worked with my schedule, arrive on time and did an excellent job. Cleaned up after. Very professional.

Great! They did the work the same day they returned my request for their Big Deal. The work was very thorough. They left no mess of debris from the gutters. They even rolled up my hose which they didn't use. Their gutter cover estimate was very competive although I am selling this home so probably won't invest in the covers.

On 3/5/2014 afternoon the top gutter on the front of our house came loose half way across due to recent snow & ice. I searched Angie's list and found Gutter Giants highly rated and approximately 10 miles from our home. I called the firm and the owner Dan answered the call. I advised him of the problem and he said he would be at our home 6pm that evening to inspect and provide an estimate. At 6pm sharp Dan arrived and proceeded to inspect the damaged gutter and offered to inspect the entire house to make sure all other gutters were fastened and in good condition. Dan advised what a repair would cost and also stated that a replacement would only be a small additional cost given the labor aspect of either job. He also informed us that the gutters in the rear of the house should be replaced now as well. He gave us the estimate and we agreed to replace both areas. He provided a written estimate and said his crew would be at the house the following afternoon to complete the job. As promised, his crew arrived and completed all of the work with minimal disruption to the property and very neat in their manner. The job was completed in very good order and at the fair and reasonable price quoted the day before. i would highly recommend Gutter Giants to anyone needing this type of work done.

Could not give me a time for the power washing, just showed up when he wanted to. Someone was painting the house at the time, so Dan power washed only a part of the job that would not interfere with the painting. I paid him most of the fee, and he promised to return, but never did. I placed several phone calls to him, and spoke with him maybe twice after that. Each time he promised to come back, and even gave a specific time he would show up. He never did.

They repaired a gutter that was loose and they didn't charge me for it. They were on time, they were very courteous, and I was surprised at how short a time it took them, and they were punctual. He had to reschedule a couple of times. I would use them again.

They seemed to have done a great job. The gutters that I can see are free of leaves and flowing smoothly.

We needed new gutters and wanted gutter guards been that there are so many trees over my house. Gutter Giants were professional, the work was done nicely, and the price was very reasonable. You speak directly with the owner which I liked. I would recommend them ti anyone who needs gutter work.

They were very pleasant, polite, and professional and did a great job. I think they spent at least an hour here. I have paid a lot more in the past, and had work that was not as good as what these people did. I definitely recommend them and would use them again.

The crew arrived on time as scheduled and were very efficient in doing their work. They left me brouchures for gutter guards but did not pressure me into anything. They also talked about having my gutters cleaned on a schedule of twice a year which is something that I am going to sign up for. Other companies put a lot of pressure on me to either purchase gutter guards or have my gutters cleaned 6 times a year which in both cases is excessive since I do not have any trees that overhang my house.

Arrived slightly earlier than appointed time Pleasant throughout Work was purchased several weeks ago but the weather did not cooperate. Dan called and scheduled work when the weather broke. I still expect owner to come and give estimate for repairs recommended by the workers.

In addition to cleaning the gutters, they found two that were coming away from the house and secured them. They were polite, efficient, and thorough.

Dan sent out 2 workers and he arrived shortly after. Our gutters are very old and in need of being replaced, we contracted Gutter Giant to return to replace them and later power wash the house in the spring. Dan and his workers are all professional.

Very week. The men arrived on time, we're curtious & professional. They did an excellent job & cleaned up before leaving.

Good guys. Will definitely use in future. Plan to sign up for the gutter cleaning service. Was delay - Not their fault because of snow. Once clear of snow, owner made contact with me and crew was at the house.

I was very satisfied with the service. The scheduling of the service was delayed a couple of times due to several storms coming through the area which was very understandable. The provider arrived as scheduled; identified themselves; asked if there were any particular problems with the gutters I wanted them to take care of and proceeded to clean the gutters which was completed quickly and efficiently. A section of gutter was re-pitched and one corner joint was re-sealed as requested. The entire work area was cleaned and I was asked if there was anything else they could do for me at that time. I was given a receipt and information on other services that they could provide. Afterward I realized that they were performing the same service for my neighbor across the street. I would recommend them to my other neighbors and friends and will in the near future utilize them for cleaning the roof and possibly power washing the house.

They were prompt in returning my 1st phone call. They came by to do the estimate at the appointed time. They worked with me in scheduling a work date. They did the work as agreed to.

Went. above and beyond customer service. I have never been so impressed by a supplier. Not only was he professional and did a fantastic job. He was also kind and considerate. My house and roof look brand new again. I will use him again!!!!

He arrived as scheduled with two workers. He explained what he was going to do and that he would require use of my water supply. No problems encountered, entire job complete and cleaned up in 30 minutes. He also gave me an estimate on gutter guards at my request that was very reasonable . Will use them again for guard installation
