They arrived in the specified timeframe and got right to work. Was surprised to see that they walk on the roof and pick up the gutter waste and put it into bags, which is more efficient than me going up the ladder and grabbing what i can reach then move the ladder. This was a Special where they do the gutters and "one minor repair" for $99 What wasn't stated was that the repair was to be related to the gutter system...however we identified something related, and that repair is still working better than ever 2 months later. I hope they offer this special again next fall.

They removed the twigs and stuff and flushed the gutters.

Starting with initial contact, Dan was very responsive and professional. Took the time to explain the different gauges of product, and why I might be having problems with my existing gutters. I had some time constraints, and Dan managed to accommodate us, which was really appreciated. On the day of the appointment, I received a call in advance to remind me and tell me that the crew was on its way. They arrived here slightly ahead of time, were extremely courteous and professional, and from everything I could see, they did an excellent job. It all looks neat and professional, rivets instead of rusting screws and straps. The crew cleaned up like nothing happened. Great experience.

I didnt use the deal because I am out of their service area. They were pretty responsive. They had advised me they would contact me within 2 days and they contacted me on the first.

Purchased the deal on Friday, I was contacted on Saturday, and they showed up Monday. I had a few pieces of gutter hanging in the front, which they rehung. They were completely honest and CLEAN! They left no debris anywhere around the outside of the house. I am having Dan come back for an estimate to replace the entire system in the spring.

Prompt, courteous and excellent clean up afterwards. Having had bad experiences with other companies I was pleasantly surprised and very satisfied with this company. Highly recommended!

Gutter Giants provided two people to clean the gutters on a two-story house. They were on time and provided good service. I would hire them again.

The job went well. The crew showed up on the date scheduled and arrived within the time range scheduled. I was not home, but they did call me as requested and we discussed the job when the arrived. They also called me upon completion as well to make sure everything was attended to. The crew left the job site clean after they completed the work and the installation is performing very well. There have been multiple rain events since the work was performed and my issues have been corrected! I would recommend Gutter Giants to my friends and family and would not hesitate to use them again.

The job went very well. We actually hired different contractors to accomplish various jobs around the house. One of those jobs was repairing rotted soffit and fascia. Gutter Giants removed the old gutters and didn't mind returning to install the new gutters after the soffit/fascia was repaired and the house was painted. They worked with us every step of the way and didn't try making us pay extra for them having to come back.

A few weeks after installation of gutters and guards I once again had major water problems in exact area where Dan was supposed to fix. I thought my water issues were corrected so I had new carpet installed in all rooms. All carpet was now water soaked from leaks in same area that was supposed to be fixed. I called Dan and explained to him that water was leaking into my house in the exact area where his men was supposed to correct as described in our contract and reviewed in conversation face to face when I hired him. Since this area was a major concern when I hired Gutter Giants and since it was leaking again after installation I called 3 roofers for additional opinions. They all told me the reason for water damage was due to NO drip edge along entire rear of roof directly above gutters and water was leaking into house through gap in sheathing. Dan came out within a day or two and I showed him where water was leaking into my house. I reminded him that he was supposed to put an additional 4-6 inch drip edge along the entire back of my roof as listed and written in our contract. The reason for the additional drip edge was to correct water problem and stop water from entering my house. This area of concern was the reason I hired Dan in the first place. He is the one who found the problem and his solution was the correct way to fix the problem. When I told Dan that his crew failed to install the drip edge as per contract, His response was that "the gutter guards he installed has a "1 inch drip edge build onto them". I reminded him of our contract stating additional drip edge of 4 to 6 inches to be installed entire length of rear and additional drip edge was needed to cover the "gap" in sheathing where water was leaking into house. He came back with two 6 foot lenghts by 4" wide pieces of aluminum and slid them under the roof shingles. He then asked me if that was good enough. I said he was supposed to install the drip edge the entire length of the rear roof and I could see he was a little disturbed so I said that should hopefully fix the problem and he left. After next rain storm water leaked into house again so I called in roofers. One week later I hired O'Donovan Construction to re-roof the house and correct the problem that Dan was supposed to fix. The roofer corrected the problem and showed me the entire area (20 feet) where water was leaking into my house, all of which Dan was supposed to fix. The roofer did an excellent job and I recommended him on Angie's list. Took pictures if Dan disputes these facts. This would not have happened if he would have installed all materials as per our contract. I feel this update was necessary due to me having to bear the additional expense of having to hire a roofer to correct the problem that Dan said he could have fixed the first time. In fairness to Dan, I think all work would have been done correctly "IF" he would have done the work himself and not farmed it out to his new foreman with "20 years experience".

They arrived as scheduled and quickly cleaned out all of the gutters and the roof. Work was good.

Work was done exactly as described. It took 3 workers, 3 full days. They were very professional and detailed. There was a small dispute at the end as to what was supposed to be wrapped in trim. I made one call to Dan, and he told the workers to stay until everything I asked for was completed. The customer service was exceptional. We were very pleased with the final product!

Dan was at my home 20 minutes after I called. We discuss the job and he shared photos of his work with me. I requested a detailed written estimate at his convenience (no rush) and he had this back to me within 48 hours. He delivered it in person. (He went above and beyond ... he could have dropped it in the mail like others ). He took the time to go over each item in the estimate with me and to share samples of the materials he would use on my job. We met again a third time for answer the questions I had after reviewing the written estimate. He answered all of my questions and concerns and provided me with options. His ideas were solid recommendations and provided me with opportunities to cut my cost. He explained the pros and cons for each option allowing me to make the final decisions. The entire initial contraction period was a positive experience ... no pressure. I had taken the time to compare Dan's estimate with two others and it was by far the best. I wanted good quality materials and a professional job and this is what Dan promised and this is what he delivered. He is a man of his word and he knows his job. A craftsman who takes pride in his work. Dan came across to me as a patient and honest guy. He seemed to understand the apprehensions of the homeowner who is simply looking to get what they pay for and to be treated fairly. Upon signing the contract an estimated start date was established. Dan kept me updated on our timeline and was at the job as scheduled with his crew. He was on site working along with his crew for most of the job. A quality I find highly desirable. The property was cleaned up each night before they left (no nails in the driveway) and the crew hardly took a lunch break. They worked an 8:00-4:00 day with Dan voluntarily putting in overtime when needed. Dan has high standards and sees to it that they are met. He pays attention to details. Anything he did not like was done over. A few small things had to be tuned up after the job was complete and they were handled in a prompt and efficient manner to my total satisfaction. Needless to say I was more than happy with the work done by the "Gutter Giant's" and will have them back again to clean my new beautiful white gutters. So don't delay call Dan today is my new motto. PS Before they completed the gutters on my home the business across the street had hired the Gutter Giant's to replace the gutters on their entire building (building takes up the entire block). They had watched the job done at my place and were quite impressed. Good work does not go unnoticed. It pays to be prompt, reliable, conscientious, responsible, hard working, and a master of your craft. Good going Dan!

They were fine! There were no additional fees associated with the deal. They bagged up everything that came out of the gutters so there was no mess.

Gutter Giants did a great job! Dan, the owner, matched the gutter color in the front of our house perfectly to the siding color. The installation was done in a timely manner and was very professional. They completely cleaned up after themselves, their work was high quality, and the price was more than fair. We no longer get water in the basement and the gutters look great on the house and shed.

Workers were efficient, friendly and professional. They did a great job of removing the old gutter and installing new ones.

I purchased this as a "deal" thru Angie's List for $99.00. The company's website offered the same deal for $65.00? When the technician came, the work order also specified $65.00. I told him I paid $99.00 but he could not explain the difference. I did not realize that Angie got a commission, especially since I paid to use the site??? Not pleased with Angie. On the plus side, the techs were great-knowledgeable and professional. They explained the process and showed me samples of the guards. I took him to my neighbor and she also had him replace her gutter. Would highly recommend them but do not plan on ever ordering one of Angie's deals again.

They had to reschedule the service but they were very courteous and called well in advance to reschedule. They were prompt, efficient And very neat with cleanup. They provided a very friendly service and I have recommended them to several neighbors!

They arrived when they said did the job - cleaned up you would never know they were there - nice team - and most of all the job was done well.

The service provided by Dan and his crew was excellent. They were punctual and professional at all times. Would definitely recommend this company to friends and family.

It went great! Scheduling was efficient, response was immediate. Any questions were thoroughly answered and the installers were A+ and respectful of the entire job. The owner, Dan, returned my initial call on the Memorial Day weekend. That was the first very good sign that I was dealing with a responsive and professional company. We made an appointment for Dan to come over and give us an estimate. He was very punctual, friendly, informative, and professional. Dan explained the differences in the size of various gutters and the pros and cons of various types of guards. Dan gave us an estimate for exactly what we wanted installed and said he would call us to schedule the installation. Approximately one week later Dan called to give me the installation date and approx. time. Dan then called on the morning of that day to remind me that he would be coming. Two of Dan's workers arrived, Giovanni and Chang, (neither of which look anything that you might expect with those names) and were the most friendly, professional, and conscientious workers to have at your home. They removed the old gutter and completed the installation of the new one in about 2 hours. They expalined again what Dan had told us about the difference in quality and effectiveness of the guards we had selected, and they totally cleaned the area of all debris and other material. The final cost was exactly the same as the original estimate that Dan had given us. We couldn't be more pleased with Dan and his team. I would highly recommend Gutter Giants to anyone. And it will be an added bonus if you're lucky enough to have Giovanni and Chang to do your installation.
