Gutter Giants, LLC was established in 2010. Daniel Adkisson, his wife Maggie and son Frank decided to take the leap of opening their own business to fulfill Daniel’s dream of becoming his own boss and, more importantly ,offering a quality product and excellent customer service to his clients. With over 17 years of experience in the gutter installation and maintenance business, Daniel and his family founded Gutter Giants, LLC, with a clear view of how they wanted to operate. Gutter Giants, LLC, is a home maintenance service company. Our company’s unique combination of gutter installation, maintenance, gutter guard installation and power washing allows us to not only keep your home in good repair but looking beautiful, as well. We achieve this by protecting your home from water damage, wood rot, mold, grime, and those ugly streaks on the roof that we all know too well. Description of Work: Gutter Giants LLC was unable to clean my gutters because they have a built in non-removable leaf guard. They stated that they can only their hands to clean out gutters in order to put the debris directly into a bag. No blowers are allowed. Spent more time explaining their rules and why they couldn't do the job than it would have taken to actually do it. Had to call someone else, a bit more expensive but they used a blower, job was done in 15-minutes, no problem. Not so much a "big deal" as a big waste of time.

Dear Homeowner, When it comes to gutter cleanings we have a few guide lines my company has put in place. These guide lines are not only to protect my company but also to protect our customers and their property. One of the guide lines is that we will not clean gutters that we can not get into. The reason is, if we can't get into the gutters then we can not clean them properly. We pride ourselves in our higher standards and quality of our work. All of our reviews on Angie's List states that we are dedicated to quality and integrity. Our policy is in place to ensure that all of our customers receive only the best we have to offer. We will never lower our standards in the name of making a quick buck. The fact you found a company with low standards who did the job at a higher price for only 15 minutes of work tells me all i need to know about their integrity. You have a one piece leaf guard gutter system on your house. The company who installs this product claims right on their web site, first sentence of the first paragraph that your gutters will remain clog free for the life of the gutters. The company who installed it will come out and clean it for free. So why pay to have it done when you can call them up and have them come out for free. You give me an F for having high standards when the product you paid over $3000 for failed. You informed my crew that you clean your gutters twice a with a leaf blower. Why? Shouldn't that product be clean already as it states on their web site. I get an F but sounds like that other company should have gotten the F. Wouldn't you agree that if your cleaning that gutter twice a year that its the product that failed not my standards. The irony of the situation is we were trying to save you money by letting you know you could call that company to clean it for free. You talked about a waste of time and i couldn't agree more. Had you told us you had a one piece gutter system when we first talked on the phone i could have told you right then and there that we don't clean that gutter system. I could have informed you then how to get a refund from Angie's List. There are a few gutter guard products on the market we will not clean due to contracts home owners sign from other companies. We do offer power washing services that will clean the outsides of any gutter guards with out going into the system.
