+ 10 moreIt is impossible for me to calculate approximate cost of all the things that Fran had done in my home. I do know that his charges are reasonable and fair. I no longer get estimates from other service providers as I trust him implicitly. I did at first, but found him to be the least expensive. No matter how large or small the job is, he is available to help me He has always responded to every possible need that I have had promptly and most efficiently. He comes immediately when there is an emergency: water heater and generator. I feel most secure knowing Warm-n-Cozy Cold-n-Comfy will solve all the problems in my home.
Description of Work: *Installed new water heater *installed generator in the midst of Sandy * redid my patio and front steps with pavers * rebuilt three toilets *installed timers on lights *replaced locks on doors *replaced carpeting with hard wood floors *repaired hinges on cabinets *replaced faulty sump pump *regrouted tile floors.

The owner and his workers were knowledgeable and very courteous 5. This company made itself available to me at any time. Call back was prompt 5. I was really happy with reasonable prices charge for heating units and water heaters 6. Because this company worked hard and diligently; I have tenants moving in this week 7. Lastly, prior to this company getting started I was put at ease by the owner who assured me that he"stands by his work". Plumbing pasted inspection
Description of Work: This company installed two boiler units, two water heaters, ran piping throughout my multi dwelling. Prepared radiators by installing new pipes and bleeding each one. Made all bathrooms functional with new toilets, sinks, bathtubs and showers. Remove old piping with up to date materials.
