Trenton Roofing & Siding

Took over a week but very thorough and extremely professional. Replaced rotted wood that other contractors might cover over (I've seen this done to neighbors).

Trenton Roofing & Siding came highly recommended and they did not disappoint; the roof looks great. They got the job done in one day and did a good job of cleaning up. There was some slight misunderstanding about the ridge vent and attic fan but this was soon rectified. I would recommend being at home during the work. They seem like a very professional and thorough company that uses quality materials. The Hopewell Township inspector said Trenton Roofing always does a good job which was a comfort to hear.

A+ to Trenton Roofing! My initial call to them was answered promptly and a day established for someone from Trenton Roofing to stop by. That someone turned out to be Joe Gankiewicz, the owner of the company. Joe couldn't have been nicer…or more professional. I was told what a drip edge does, why it can come loose, and how it can be fixed. Joe then assured me someone from Trenton Roofing would have the drip edge fixed by Friday. It was fixed Tuesday, the afternoon of the day Joe stopped by. I can't praise Joe and Trenton Roofing enough.

Everything went as planned except for a brief passing shower which didn't slow these guys down at all. Very happy with the workmanship and quality of materials used. Would definitely hire again!

Satisfied with the price, quality of work and responsiveness. Only concern was lack of safety equiipment for the workers who wore no hardhats or eye/hearing protection. My roof is not very high, so may be no fall protection was needed.

The job was completed on time and as promised

Jamie gave us a comprehensive explanation of the work to be done. The price was in the ballpark of other two contractors we talked to. He and the office staff also provided the addresses of the houses for us to view to choose the right color, which was very helpful to us: we were thinking to have a blue color and finally chose pewter gray which is a much better fit. The roof team arrived on time at 6:30am and finished at 7:30pm. The grass and the plants were well protected, and they cleaned up everything before they leave. The office staff was very helpful too. They registered the GAF Golden Pledge Warranty the next day after the new roof was installed. And we received the warranty certificate in less than 3 weeks from GAF. We are very happy with everything.

Excellent - Trenton Roofing was the only company that even tried to fix the issue with ponding on the flat roof. Their design spec included a drawing which contained very accurate details and drawings which showed their plan to ensure that water funneled off into the downspouts. After the job we had quite a bit of rain, and we went up on the roof and there was ZERO standing water. All aspects of the job were handled very professionally, including scheduling, old material disposal, and cleanup. I would not hesitate to recommend Joe and the folks at Trenton Roofing for any roofing or siding job.

Initial appointment was good as well as the description of the work. I received an estimate shortly after. I called to ask questions or to amend something in the contract (material). Nobody was getting back to me, then when the sales man finally called, he spend less then a minute talking to me and sounded almost like he was doing me a favor even though this was a $40K job. They never called me again and I never called them again. It was very easy to choose a company from the 4 other companies I called and all 4 where very responsive. So, the new roof looks great and the siding work is progressing just fine. Shop around.

The crew of four showed up at 06:30. They covered the sides of the house with large tarpaulins. They took all the shingles off the house roof, the porch and the addition. They work diligently and by 19:30 they completed the job. I was amazed and happy with the results. Trenton Roofing motto should be "We'll change your roof in one day."

They replaced the roof in one day and did an excellent job!

Trenton Roofing and Siding was a pleasure to work with. The office personnel were courteous and responsive. The sales staff was timely, transparent, and very helpful with color and material selection. The crew showed up on time, was finished by early afternoon, and left the job site clean and free of debris. We are very happy with all of our interactions and the quality of the work - we would definitely work with them again on future projects.

On 4/24/2017, Trenton Roofing along with the manager did come out to assess the problem, they would have come earlier but we were away on vacation. A portion of the caping had been pushed up while adding the new shingles, it was easily pushed back into position to stop unwelcome rodents. I am very grateful for their service and professionalism.

Worked well. Timely. We didn't have to be home for the work to be performed.

The roof work went well and we were very pleased with the work, however this year we herd something in the attic and with careful checking of the roof my husband discovered an opening on the exterior near the front of our home near the extended area at the base of our sitting room. It is clearly an over look by the worker that while adding shingles to that area that it was pushed up and left. When I called Trenton roofing they told me to take a picture of the area. There advisor told me that it was probably a squirrel that pushed up to get in. I checked other homes similar to ours, must of the homes that I check have not had their roof replaced so there are no disturbances. There is only one model like similar to our home that is pushed in similar to ours when they had their roof replaced. When I told the answering service them that I believed it was most likely workmanship error she told me that someone would get back to me, it has been two weeks and I still have not received a call regarding estimate nor explanation.

The job was done in 1 day, and all debris was removed. Went well.

It went well. Came on day shceduled and finished in one day for hte roof. Scheduled the gutters about a week later.

Excellent job very professional came as scheduled did job in one day as promised left job like boy scouts would. Will recommend to anyone.
