Went really well. Very professional from start to finish. Jamie was our salesperson and he did a great job explaining the process. He even recommended a different color roof tile that really looks great! Scheduling and billing worked really well. They did a great job cleaning up once they were done. I've used Trenton Roofing and Siding in the past for small jobs, and this is the first big job with them, and I am very happy with their service and work quality. Would highly recommend them.

Our experience with Trenton Roofing was excellent from start to finish. Everything was explained beforehand and all our questions answered in a timely manner. Our price quoted was the price paid. The work performed was great and they took extreme care to protect our house during the job. All debris was removed and we are extremely satisfied with our experience. This was more complicated than it first appeared because the corner strip has flanges that fit under the adjacent siding. Their work was excellent. This is a top-notch company.

They scheduled an appointment as soon as they received the advance payment and showed up on time and as promised. The team did an excellent job of tearing off the existing shingles and putting the new ones. They properly protected the areas around the home and cleaned up very well when they were done. We are very happy with the work they did.

The roofers arrived on time, were done in 6 hours and did a great job cleaning up when they were finished. The siding was a small job but they did a great job matching the patched up area and I can’t even see the difference. Everything looks great and The price was very fair.

The prices were reasonable, not the least expensive and not the most, right in the middle of all the quotes we received. The work done was excellent; we love the new roof and replacement windows. The workers were quick, quiet, and efficient. Where Trenton Roofing is lacking is their customer service and office workers, those we spoke to via phone and email. I won't go into detail but there were times the women I spoke and emailed with were rude. We did not have a good experience communicating with them. Having said that, we would recommend the company because of the reasonable pricing and good actual work done.

We are happy with our siding replacement and would recommend them. The team showed up on time, were polite, and there were not any surprises. I called the company after the job about a light that was not working but they came back out and fixed it without a problem. We are happy with the job they did!

From the start of this process, communication with Jamie at Trenton Roofing was a breeze. He provided an estimate within days of our call, and offered their services at the best price when compared to any other roofing company in our area. On the day of the project, the crew showed up on time and ready to work. They were able to complete the whole tear down and roof replacement in one work day. After they were finished, the crew cleaned up in our yard, and left it looking better than when they arrived. The roof looks great and we couldn't be happier with their work!

Trenton roofing was great to work with. Brian, the project leader, took the time to show me how to tell when a roof needed to replaces, thoroughly explained the process and provided recommendations for shingle color and how to best assess what extra la we made need while relaxing the roof. During the job, Brian took pictures of any areas that needed extra attention and confirmed that his team was ok to proceed with any additional work. The crew was prompt, respectful, and did a quality job. Trenton roofing had our old roof torn off and new roof installed in just one day. They also took great care to cover the surrounding areas to prevent any damage during the work and cleaned up all debris. Best of al, the price was right! Trenton Roofing has done an amazing job each and every time I have called them. They did the roofs on three different properties I own. They always are extremely responsive and care about you as a customer. Due to the snow storms my project was delayed, but they came out as soon as it was possible. From start to finish, this company provided excellent service; from sales to the office personnel, and finally the competent workers who performed the work. All work was completed as agreed, well done, and on time. Cleanup was completed before departure. Definitely positive recommendation.

Very professional workers. Because our installation was in early December, the work was barely finished when it became dark outside. Not only did the workers clean up in the dark ( with flashlights and property lights on), they returned the next afternoon to inspect t their work and check our property for any missed trash material. I call that A+ service.

Trenton Roofing has a great procedure in place for estimates, signing up and then executing the installation. Our project was pushed back due to rain and they were very communicative with us on the status of timing. They arrived when they said they would. Worked hard all day and were finished in one day. I was shocked that all the debris that was removed from the roof was disposed of by the end of the day and off my property.

The workers were friendly and obviously very experienced in roof removal, installation and clean up. Trenton Roofing came out on a Friday to prep for the new roof. In one day, they completed the project covering multiple roofs for a two family home. I was very pleased with the results and have already hired them to repair my gutters and a roof repair on another property.

I am as happy as can be with my experience with Trenton Roofing and Siding. We knew we needed a new roof. We had heard many good things from prior customers of this company. The salesman John advised us of our options and quoted us a very fair price. We opted for new shingles and replacement of 2 attic fans. On the day of work the crew arrived at 7AM and began the task. It came to be that the underlying wood was rotted and only 3/8 instead of 1/2 inch as required by code. So the crew had to remove and replace all the plywood. Meanwhile it was during the extreme heat of early September 2018. Nevertheless they replaced the old plywood with fresh robust plywood, applied the underlying materials and installed the shingles, along with the 2 attic fans. All during the day it seemed like there were 2 guys that did nothing but constant cleanup. At the end there was a massive cleanup of the premises. The next day a man came to remove the dumpster, and also cleaned up the garage area, driveway, and whatever else he could find. The bottom line is you could not ask for a better company to address your roofing needs. Fair prices and quality workmanship. What more could you ask for?
