This is the second time i have used Trenton Roofing and i have been extremely pleased with their professionalism and customer service. I highly recommend them and will use them again without reservation.

They arrived on time, were courteous, and efficient. They were very careful not to drop any nails or debris around my barn. They replaced the roof vents and some shingles damaged by the storm. The roof looks great and I would use them again.

Did a great job. When we discovered water stains in our garage a month later on the other side, they came right out. They determined the roof was fine-it had been near freezing when it poured rain for several days and the shingles had curled because of the cold and the roof downspout had been directing the water under the shingles-never an issue before because it usually snows when that cold. They put an elbow in to direct the water straight down, free of charge. No problems since then.

They responded to our contact immediately, came out promptly, and offered us a good price on the job. The workers showed up on time, and were obviously extremely well-prepared and very professional. They took precautions not to damage our foundation plantings and to keep the debris off the ground. Afterwards they cleaned up everything, so that there was no outdoor cleanup required on my part. They got the whole job done in one day. They did an excellent job, and it looks great! We are very pleased, and have already recommended Trenton Roofing to our friends.

I contacted them for an estimate for both my main roof and my porch roof. I only received the main roof estimate but was told the porch roof did not need work at that time. I requested the amount, however, just to have it on file but never received a quote including the porch roof, hence the B rating. The installation went smoothly for the main roof. They did require extra contact to get the township permit cleared.

The team did a great job from start to finish. Very responsive from getting me a quote, to answering my questions, to the timeness of getting the job done. Very happy with the whole team!!!!

They did a good job. They found & showed me some molding planks that needed to be replaced which they took care of as well, though it did add considerably to the cost of the job.

Trenton Roofing and Siding removed the old roof and installed a new roof on my home. They first provided a quote that was given conveniently from external inspection so that it was not required for me to leave work and be present. The quote was given promptly, within a few days after I requested the quote. The quote was competitive and very precise, giving exact conditions that could change the final total. The quote also specified exactly what materials would be used. I was asked to pick the color of the shingles. The final amount included few "extras" and was very close to the original quote. The work was scheduled to fit my schedule and was completed in one day except for some minor cleanup the next morning.

We called to have someone check out our roof, business, someone was right out, estimate was delivered the next day. I called to accept the proposal and sent in my deposit. They called me once they received and set up an appt within the week but due to bad weather they had to cancel which was completely understandable. I received a call from them once the weather improved with a new date, they arrived on time, went to work, cleaned up. All in all great experience.

Respectful, responsive and professional. That's how I would describe Trenton Roofing. I strongly recommend them based on the work they did for me exactly one year ago today (4/6/12).

I have seen roof repair work performed by Trenton roofing in my neighborhood and based on the reviews I decided to hire them for the job. I contacted Trenton Roofing to fix some roof damage that occurred due to Sandy. The phone lines were over whelmed, I could not get through so I sent a email thru angie's list and couple of days later the sales staff contacted me on Nov 6th saying that they would send out someone the following Tuesday (11/13/2012) to assess the site to provide an estimate. I requested a quote for the following. 1. Minor roof damage (missing shingles(40 to 50 shingles) in two areas of the roof). 2. Minor siding replacement ( 3 pieces) 3. Pipe collar flanges replacement(6 flanges). I received a initial quote of $950.00 for roof repair and $745.00 for the pipe collars, the siding repair was missing from the estimate. This estimate was provided by a guy called Mike. I responded to the initial estimate with a question as to why the estimate included replacing 200 sft of shingles and asking him to include the Siding repair estimate and the quality of the pipe collars that would be used because I felt the price was exorbitant. I did not hear anything for more than 10 days, then the owner of the company Joe called me saying that there was a mistake with my estimate and the guy who provided the initial estimate no longer worked for the company. He indicated that he would come back and assess the site and provide the new estimate. Which he did on 12/02/2012 and the estimate came to $675.00 for the same work. This was reasonable for the work involved and I asked him to come out and perform the repair at his earliest convenience. The roofing work and the pipe collars work was done on 12/17/2012. I was contacted by Trenton roofing saying that they did not have the matching siding and the work was not done. They indicated that they came with the wrong width even though they had the correct color. The owner called me on 12/21/2012 indicating that he would reach out to his other suppliers for the matching siding and asked me to pay $500.00 instead of $675.00 because he still had to take care of the siding work. I paid the requested $500.00 amount and in the corner of my mind I had a feeling that the siding work would be left incomplete. As expected on 01/03/2013 I received a email saying that they were unable to find the matching siding and since I paid for the roof work already they would close out the invoice as paid in full. I had to believe that they tried but in the corner of my mind I had my doubts, ideally I would have liked them to keep their word.

Trenton Roofing and Siding Inc were really good. I called around different places and their price was better. The guy that comes out was really nice and seem to know what he's talking about and honest. The workers that did the roof didn't speak English and they did a quick job. It seemed to be a good job, we haven't had any problems. We were pleased.

Overall this job went very smoothly. These guys work at the mercy of the weather which is understandable. Quote to finish, this job took 3 weeks. This seemed reasonable considering it was February and my job was not an emergency. The actual work was done in one afternoon. So far the work seems to be of the highest quality. i'd call again without reservation.

Things went were interesting - no one spoke English and I do not speak Spanish so when the job Supervisor went to other sites - there was a communication void. The roof has stood the test of Hurricane Sandy with no leaks but in the hustle to complete the job - the tool used to remove the old shingles also hit and bit the wood clapboards on the eaves. Other than that great people to deal with and a job well done.

Since I knew this project would be a major investment, I took the time to obtain numerous estimates. Trenton Roofing definitely delivered the most value, the cost for a complete tear down of old roof and a new roof was the same as a competitor's estimate to just roof over the existing roof! The company is very professional and I was given a complete written estimate and contract promptly via email. When the work could not be performed on the scheduled date due to predicted rain, I was given a call early in the AM, and the crew was there promptly the following morning. The crew arrived promptly at 7AM, and when I returned home just before 3PM, the work was not only completed, but the property was cleaned impeccably, no debris anywhere. When I noted a piece of molding appeared to be loose, I called and the problem was fixed the next day. The roof looks great and I was really impressed with the overall quality, professionalism, and attention to detail. Would most definitely use this contractor again, and recommend them to anyone requiring similar services.

Outside Wood trim on two story bay window unit needed repairs/replacement due to rotting sections and general peeling etc. Decided to go with cladding the trim and only replacing the rotted boards, rather than replacing all wood trim with azek or similar product, due to cost differential I got 4 estimates. Trenton Roofing was cheapest. I don't always go with cheapest estimate, but in this case as I had used Trenton Roofing before ( for new roof) and was very satisfied with their work and I had them do the job. The salesperson ( Cholly) understood what i wanted down and along with the work crew made some additional suggestions in terms of replacing square panels between trim. I think that a couple of boards were replaced due to rotting. Once i accepted estimate work was promptly scheduled and done on the scheduled day. Unit looks great now .

When you call, you frequently have to wait for them to call you back. It is very hard to get in touch with them. They will come out and attempt to repair the, the roof leaks again. I have to pay for painters to come and paint my ceiling once they say the job is roof. They never fix the leak. After a heavy rainfixed. I am worried that this leak is damaging the wood under the roof and that mold is developing.

I called the company for an estimate in November and in December received the written estimate. It took a long time for them to get here to complete the job, but it was worth it. I called 6 companies and Trenton was the only company that gave me a written estimate. The price was very good and I can't tell where the damage to the roof and siding was. Overall, I am pleased with the job they did.

The roof held up through the storm. They came out when they were supposed to come out, and they did it within the time limit they said they would. This is one of the only positive experiences with contractors I've had.

Everything went very well and smoothly from start to finish. Even the free estimate was a good experience as Cholly came, got up on the roof and took multiple photographs to document the holes in the shingles. The leak was quite near where there was a skylight, but the holes in the shingles were quite evident so they suggested that we just replace the holey-shingles rather than completely re-do the entire area surrounding the skylights and flashing. I like that they wanted to go with the simple and obvious first, rather than jumping right to a more complicated and costly shingle replacement. other estimates, the roofers didn't even go up on the roof to examine, they just immediately told me I needed to replace the skylights! The only slight drawback with this company is that they have a call center and, while everyone is very polite, I felt that having the "middleman' answering/routing service, rather than being able to directly call the folks doing the work even with little questions, was a bit complicated. I understand why they have the phone service, but it took away from being able to call the workmen directly with questions about their work.

Contacted four contractors with great ratings here on Angie's List. Trenton was my choice due to their overall prompt communication, competitive pricing and no nonsense approach. Joe, the owner came out to look at our damage. Within 24 hours we received the email quote with all prices and materials. I asked questions and received answers immediately . I added gutters and covers and once again received the quote quickly. His staff responded fast. We were scheduled on a day that was overcast and had late rain forecasted. In addition, the roof needed 45 sheets of plywood after the layers were stripped down. Joe called and gave us a very reasonable cost on the wood . It was delivered within two hours and he had what seemed to be a crew of eight, getting the job done by sundown and before the rain. Gutters were done a few days later. Cleanup appears be efficient. Everything was removed by dumpster. This is a true professionally run company . The foreman Omar was great. Joe, the owner showed up to check on things. The office staff called to follow up throughout the entire process. They were the best choice of a very good group of companies . I would recommend Trenton Roofing to anyone and will call them whenever my family and friends need roofing, siding, gutters etc. No games, no surprises , just great pricing , service and communication.

On Jan 14, 2013, I had roofing work done. Joe, the owner of Trenton Roofing, was very thorough and knowledgeable. His crew arrived right at the time given. Joe explained what was going to be done in detail. He was onsite when the job started and returned again to inspect the job upon completion. The entire area was cleaned with no trace of roofing debris left behind. His price was reasonable and I would not hesitate to use Trenton Roofing again. I highly recommend them. Teresa Durso

1. The small leak was cause by original installation of roof. 3 inch screws, used to hold 2 x 4 on roof, had been bottomed and left in place. 2. A 2' x 2' section of 3/4" plywood was cut off and replaced with 1/2" plywood. 3. When chimney was removed the plywood under it had dry rot. A 3' x 3' section of 3/4" plywood was cut off and replaced with 1/2" plywood. There was no charge for this unquoted work. I'm please with job and I recommend highly Trenton Roofing.
