Customer service was first rate. Explained everything, no pressure, and kept us in the loop with regular communications every step of the way. Roof installed in one day - arrived on time, crew was professional, careful and meticulous in cleaning up. Overall a terrific experience and would recommend again.

Workers arrived early morning and job was completed in time. They took extra cautions when tearing off as few showers were forecasted ( luckily it didn't rain). Landscaping in front and back of the house was very well protected. Home was swept clean off all the debris.

I obtained 5 estimates and trenton roofing came in as the lowest of them all for the same and even better installation specifications. Received two days notice prior to work commencement. Workers arrived at 6.15 am and began roof tear off at 6.30am. Tarps were laid to protect shrubs and bushes around the house. Dumpster arrived early morning.. Workers needed to ensure that the roof was sound and needed 18 sheets of plywood to replace rotted wood. They worked throughout the day and was kept up to date of any issues. The job was completed by 7pm.. My home has a mansard style roof (2500sf ft) which made it more challenging than regular styled house roofs. This was during a heatwave but the guys still finished the entire job in one day by bringing on an extra crew later that day.. They cleared up at the end of the day and the dumpster was removed the next morning. A final inspection and clear up was performed. I am very satisfied with the workmanship and the look of my new roof.

TRS installed new siding and gutters on our house. Jamie, the sales lead, patiently answered all of our questions. He explained everything that would be done, estimated the length of time the job would take, and went the extra mile helping us pick color combinations. The work crew were excellent. They worked hard. Their attention to detail was appreciated. They framed the dryer vent, external outlets, etc. with white trim, and it looks great! The gutters were done quickly on the date promised. If I needed to do roofing or siding again, I'd hire TRS. I highly recommend them as a contractor, both for their skill and their integrity.

From beginning to end, the service was exceptional. I got quick quote and they were very professional, timely and responsive. Above all, the roofing project went off without a hitch.

These guys are awesome, they know what they're doing. They did a great job replacing our roof 3 years ago, so we called on them again.

I found this company on Angie's List and called for an evaluation of our roof and an estimate for repairs/replacement. Billy responded quickly, was on time and efficiently assessed and explained his findings. He reviewed the options and made his recommendations clearly and at a level I could understand without pressuring me to sign anything or decide that day. After having another company assess our situation and give an estimate, I decided to use Trenton Roofing primarily because their estimate was significantly less expensive for the same materials/work and because of the positive impression made by the office staff and Billy. Once I picked the 2 colors I liked, they sent me local addresses of houses with those color roofs which made it much easier to decide as opposed to the small shingle samples. When bad weather caused the job to be delayed, they communicated with me both by text and phone to be sure I knew what was going on. On the day of the repair, the workers were timely and professional. I had planned to be home that day but an urgent matter caused me to leave for the day. When I got home, the new roof looked terrific and the workers had cleaned up all around the house. The next day, the dumpster was removed and someone from Trenton Roofing stopped by to make doubly sure everything had been left in good condition. I would highly recommend Trenton Roofing both for quality of the work and reasonable cost. They required 1/2 the cost up front with the signed contract and the other 1/2 after the work was done which was reasonable.

Overall, an excellent job. Sales representative was very helpful. Provided many samples of siding and aluminum and helped us match the colors. Workers arrived every day and worked steadily, even on several unusually cold days we had this spring. Friendly and professional. (One of the workers had over 16 years experience). Removed all aluminum siding. Wrapped house with Tyvek and foam board, then vinyl. Removed all aluminum on fascia boards. Installed new aluminum after adding a small crease to remove any waviness in the aluminum. Excellent appearance. Replaced vinyl soffit coverings, which matched aluminum trim. Replaced shutters and gutters. Re-installed all exterior lights (it also gave me a chance to replace some that had deteriorated). Added "breakout" pieces to affix lights to siding. Installed vinyl trim around the window and door frames to provide smooth transition to aluminum-covered framework. Using the same provider for our roof and siding ensured good color coordination.

All went well. Work was completed. We are very pleased.

Not many people love their roofers. We've used Trenton Roofing for a decade, and would recommend them without reservation to our friends. They are very, very knowledgeable, professional, and charge a fair price. My favorite part is they don't try to up-sell you or get you to replace a roof that merely needs a bit of patch work. For this job I'll give a special shout out to their estimator Cholly (I believe that's Northeasterner for 'Charlie'), who is bright, friendly, and caring. I had a special situation: our flat roof is probably 80-85% through it's lifespan. We are selling our home. The inspection was done, but the buyer hadn't told us the results yet. And we developed a small leak in the roof post-blizzard. We wanted to "do the right thing" and get the leak properly fixed. But we didn't want to buy the new owners a new roof either. Cholly understood this situation, empathized, and said "let me see what's up there." Because he knew the inspection report was still coming (along with buyer demands for concessions), he looked over the whole roof and tried to understand what shape it was in, what might be asked for, and what was a reasonable fix. And of course he diagnosed the immediate problem. He let me know the patch job was a very simple and inexpensive fix. He also provided a very, very reasonable estimate for what it would take to put a new rubber membrane on the flat roof, that was solely for use if the buyers were demanding concessions based on the age of the roof. And he was ready to consult if they came back with any other problems. You just can't ask for better customer service and support. (and of course the job was completed in a timely manner, with no mess, and quality workmanship). Do yourself a favor, stop reading reviews and call these people! And give Cholly my regards :)

In mid-January, our 30 year old roof developed a leak. We had planned a full replacement in the spring, but obviously had to address the issue earlier than that. Trenton Roofing came out in the cold, and provided a fair estimate. The salesperson, Jamie, explained the process, materials, and costs. He answered all of our questions. As soon as the weather warmed and snow cleared, the crew came out and did the job. They added crew members during the day, in order to finish timely. When we expressed concern about parking our cars on the still snow-covered street, they delayed dumpster delivery to accommodate us. Jamie was in touch with the crew during the day, and kept us informed of the progress. Overall, a good experience. They did a quality job, and addressed all concerns professionally.

I was contacted right away after calling, I was given an accurate estimate. Work was done promptly and only the gutters were delayed due to rain. Roof and gutters look great. The contractor even put my rain spout extenders back on. I am the third house on our street to have work done by them and would recommend Trenton Roofing.

The quality was excellent. The professionalism was excellent. The work was done on time with no surprises. The price was fair. I would recommend Trenton Roofing and Siding to everyone.

It went great. From the time I made my call to them to the project completion was about 2 weeks. I originally called because I thought that I had a leak in the roof. They came out and did an inspection and determined that they water was coming in from an uncapped window, not the roof. I asked for an estimate to repair our shed that was decimated over the last few years by carpenter bees. The roofing guys came out to replace the shed roof and had it completed in less than 2 hours. The next day they came out to do the facia, soffit, and fix the window. All was completed in a few hours. They cleaned up the mess and the manager came by a few times to make sure everything was good. I'm very pleased and will use them again in the future.

On time. Manager stopped by during the project to see how everything was going. I was quite impressed with that. Completed in one day. Cleaned everything up. Removed the dumpster the following day. Roof looks very nice. They took care of getting the township permits and asked me for homeowners association approval. These are good steps. Payments: 50% upon signing the contract and the rest after the job we complete. Staff was very courteous and professional.

I had used Trenton Roofing a few times in the past along with another roofing company I deal with and thought the quality of their work was ok. I had two decent projects this year so I decided to use Trenton roofing for this particular one. There were a number of issues from the beginning: 1) The person who delivered the dumpster did not want to put it in the driveway and I had to really pressure him to do it as the local township does not allow dumpsters in the street and I would have been fined. 2) When the roofers did the tear off of the old roof it was obvious they were tired and just wanted to leave so they werent; careful about throwing material in the dumpster and a number of the old metal roof was sticking up to 6' above the container edge and the container couldn't be moved like that so I and a worker had to jump into the container the following morning, in the rain, unload some material and dispose of it myself and pack down and move some of the other materials. 3) Some of my other contractors pointed out to me where, even though the job went $1,000 over the estimate because of the amount of plywood needing to be replaced, the workers had left rotted plywood in areas and just shingled over it. I called the company and they sent out the original estimator I dealt with who looked at it, and agreed, he didn't understand either why the workers would do that. So they quickly had a crew out to replace the plywood 4) During the next few weeks after the work I had to call the company to come back out two more times because of areas that were leaking 5) During a subsequent storm I found more water leaked along the second floor master bedroom roof. When the house was under contract the buyers inspector also found issues including one section where there was a large gap in the shingles, an issue with a roof flange and the previously mentioned leak. Although every time I called they sent someone out quickly to take care of it, no questions asked, there were so many issues overall and workers had been out 3x plus the estimator once again so I just paid another $400 out of pocket to have another company come in and take care of what was needed.

Trenton Roofing came to find the cause of a leak over our kitchen. Initially, they determined that the leak was coming from the siding, so they removed all the siding and fixed the flashing, then put all the siding back. After testing we determined that there was still a leak, so they came back very quickly with a roofing crew and took off a portion of the roof, put in new tar paper, ice shield, etc. and patched the roof. Finally, we have no more leak!

Made an appointment for a quote on the flat roof repair I specifically said it was a flat roof made the appointment gentleman came out we went up to the roof and after a while I realized and he actually stated he wasn't from my flat roofs . He assured me that the big boss was going to give me a call and at the big boss was an expert at flat roofs and he would come out and look at my roof needless to say I didn't hear back from anybody

. Both projects were large and complex and they did a wonderful job. Cholly communicated with me continuously and the men that did the siding job were real artists. The projects ran flawlessly.

Trenton Roofing was very professional. They arrived early in the morning (6am) and worked continuously with minimal breaks until the job was done at 6pm. They were careful with the landscaping, avoided the glass sunroof, and picked up all the garbage leaving a clean work site. I have to compliment the crew who worked very hard in hot weather and were pleasant and willing to answer any questions that I had. Due to the size of the job the gutters were put on a week later by a subcontractor. Their work was good and I have no complaints. All in all it was an excellent job and I would certainly use them again and recommend them to anyone looking to replace their roof.

The work was good, but I found a good deal of the debris on the ground and in the bushes around my home. Also they were supposed to call two days before they were coming to do the work, this did not happen. I happened to call them the day before they scheduled the work to be done. I asked when they would get to my home, the young lady did not know, but said said she would let me know. She never did. I still would use them again, but I now know I would have to stay on top of them.

They cashed my check for half the cost a month before they even scheduled the job. They finally finished it, but the guy had to come out 3 more times. The workmanship and the paint was terrible. It was the dregs of the paint. It was all discolored and it wasn't an even paint job. I wrote them in early December to let them know that I was really unhappy with the work. The porch roof was still two different colors. It was originally painted in the dregs of one can of paint and then followed up with the dregs of another can of paint, that was a totally different color. They did end up sending their Sales Representative and a work crew out to finish the job, and he brought fresh paint. It's still not great, and I think a better job could have been done. The Sales Representative and the second crew were nice, but the original painter was unprofessional. They were quite efficient at getting the bill to me right away. I wouldn't use them again in the future, nor would I recommend them. I was shocked at how poorly they performed.

The real test of a good contractor is how well they respond when things do not go as planned initially. Trenton roofing passed with flying colors. Skylights were installed on the originally scheduled date, however blackout blinds which were supposed to be pre-installed were missing. I called contractor and as soon as practicable they sent out crew to install blinds from interior not easy with a cathedral ceiling. Omar was great, not only installed the new blinds properly , but also removed the existing skylight covers and rails. I have used Trenton roofing several times in the past ( including new roof), and have always been satisfied with the completed work , courtesy and responsiveness of the work crews, sales people and office staff. Would definitely recommend and plan to use again.

The Good: They came and gave us an estimate very quickly. They gave us three different choices with different prices for different gutter covers. There was no hard-sell and they were extremely patient while we waited for another contact who never got back to us. We asked them to install the downspout with its vertical section between the porch steps and the house and its horizontal run underneath the porch steps. They looked at it and said, "Yes, that will work," and it works great (the other 2 people who gave us estimates said, "You can't do that"). The install went very quickly and smoothly, and the installers did not ask for the remainder of the balance due. The not so good: We asked for brown on their form and they installed white. After we sent in the 50% down payment, we didn't hear from them for several days. I called and confirmed that they had received it, and asked when they would be installing the gutter. The lady on the phone had to check with the installer, and then told me, "Not today, but definitely no later than Friday." That was on Tuesday. They didn't actually come install it until the following Tuesday. In their favor, we were an extremely small job and were doubtless just worked in around the big jobs however it fit best. Additionally, that week had a rainy day that wasn't in the forecast. We're very satisfied with them overall.

Best estimate of three we received. Came within 5 days of contract. When I called after the crew left with a question on the service, they sent the crew back within 15 minutes to address my concerns. Totally resolved my issues in a few minutes. Very professional. Highly recommend.
