Description of Work: Replaced roof. I had a lot of questions and went back and forth on a skylight. Initially the person that answered the phone couldn't answer my questions about different asphalt/fiberglass options. However the owner called me back within the hour and explained everything. The contract is very explicit; so that I wasn't surprised when plywood was added on to the bill. Company good at updated you. Done in a day. Cleaned up after themselves. And I must say the roof looks fantastic. Their reputation is well deserved

Description of Work: They resealed roof vent pipes to prevent further leakage. Did the job on time,and on budget.

Description of Work: They complete removed 3 layers (2 layers of asphalt shingles, 1 layer of cedar shingles) rebuilt the roof with new plywood and new fiberglass shingles, cleaned up and removed all the debris. The construction took a day, and the removal of the dumpster the following day.

Description of Work: The rep who did the estimate was very impressive and I felt comfortable that the job would be completed properly. They showed up on time completed my job within the timeframe I expected. This was a 1/2 day job. The roofers put a tarp over my front yard area that would be affected and one on the side of the house to contain the mess from taking off the existing materials. The company delivered a small dumpster at the start of the job and promptly removed it at the completion of the job. The work was completed as advertised. The roofers completely cleaned up and used a blower for the small stuff that otherwise might gave been missed. This was a great experience from start to finish.

Description of Work: Roof leaks. Promptly showed up to check the roof and within 1-2 day, the contact was signed. About 8-10 days later (as promised) they showed up but hot weather did not allow them to work. Af few days later they showed up again around 9 AM. The temperature was 88-90 deg that day around 9 AM but apparently they worked a few hours and finished the job. I was concerned about the temperature and called the office which returned my call saying that they have been in this business for many years and that I shouldn't be concerned and that they were aware of the weather situation for that day. I guess I will have to trust them because of the way they handled our case from the very first contact. I did't check the roof by going up on it. It has rained since the repair was done but not as heavily so there isn't a way to tell that if the leaks have been completely fixed but I rust that they have been.

Description of Work: Great experience - cannot stress this enough. Had something flapping around on our roof after a storm - technician came out for an estimate and immediately offered to remove the damaged roof trim since it was noisy and hazardous, at no cost. Service was very friendly and helpful! Workers arrived promptly as scheduled and completed the repair flawlessly. Would highly recommend for big or small jobs. Excellent responsiveness as I Valle originally and got something scheduled right away. Had to leave a message for them on a Sunday (knowing they were closed) and received a call back first thing Monday morning. Customer service was outstanding! A++!!

Description of Work: February 2013. This is my third entry in regards to the roofing work that was completed in April 2012. After the chimney cap was identified as an issue that was causing a leak and subsequently repaired, I found heavy condensation on the interior wood of my attic during a heavy rain storm. Trenton Roofers quickly identified that the attic needed additional ventilation, and installed a dehumidifer fan. I had already had a fan installed in a perpendicular gable, but the construction of my roof originally when a room addition was built did not allow for cross ventilation. Trenton Roofers stands firm to their work and will work with a home owner to identify and rectify roofing issues. Thank you for your patience, especially with my persistent phone calls. !!!!Excellent company with a great deal of integrity. Trenton Roofers is the company to work with if you need a new roof. This is my second recommendation. The company replaced my roof in April; an excellent job was performed. After Hurricane Sandy I found leaking into my attic. Trenton Roofing worked with me constructively to rule out all possible causes. During the entire time I believed that the company would follow through until I was able to identify the cause, and THEY DID!!. The cause was unrelated to the new roof but rather to the way the chimney cap was installed when first installed (i.e. prior to my ownership). Bravo to a Great Company, and dedicated employees. Every person I met or spoke with was intent on helping me understand the mechanics of roofing and preventing water leaks. Description of Work: I have a 4 bed room house almost 40 year old. The company helped to removed the old roof, replaced the rotten wood board underneth (40 in total) and installed brand new shingle roof in one day.

This installation provides provides a lifetime warranty by GAF on the roof and installation.
