Description of Work: We worked with this company for about 3 years. Initially, we had high hopes but later experienced high costs, inconsistent service, and poor contract follow through. We were naive about landscaping, and hung in there too long, and paid way too much. Would never do it again.

Description of Work: He has a wide range of things he can use but he is very careful. He makes sure you know what the chemicals are and what the dangers are. It costs around 45 dollars/month.

Description of Work: No services performed. Estimate was for spring clean up, mulching, and about 5 plantings.

Description of Work: This is a great company. I have a small stone patio surrounded by flower beds. Spring 2011 they planted many beautiful roses and lilacs a peony, a peach tree, a pink and a white dogwood tree. They fertilized and laid mulch. One lilac and one peony didn't survive and they replaced them spring 2012. At that time I had them plant 3 more fruit trees--apple, plum and pear. All plants, trees and bushes look spectacular. They are coming back in the next week or two to tend the roses, check the fruit trees, fertilize and mulch. Thomas Lee Fisher is a wonderful company to work with. They are reasonable, responsive, reliable and most importantly they listened to what I wanted and figured out how to make my patio look spectacular. When everything bloomed this spring I was overwhelmed with how beautiful everything looked.

Description of Work: I used Thomas Lee Fisher Landscaping to do lawn aeration.

Description of Work: I had several areas of my shady front yard covered with gravel. Although I have no complaints about the quality of the work, customer communication and interaction was poor, and advice and discussion non-existent. I received no invoice for more than a month, and then suddenly two in a row....their administration leaves something to be desired, too. I picked this company from Angie's list, but I will NOT use it, again.

Description of Work: Removed old garden retaining pavers. Removed old stone & weeds. Leveled area. Transplanted 4 plants. Applied weed fabric. Installed new retaining pavers & topped with 3/4 red stone.

Description of Work: I had a main line water break which could not be fixed immediately; for two days the water washed out everything beneath my entrance walkway, which could not be used because the blue-stone paving slabs were upended and teetering over huge holes. When the contractors came to repair the break, they dug an enormous hole in the front lawn to remove rocks which were preventing them from shooting new piping through to the house. A few days after this was completed, the main water line at the curb broke also and necessitated a further huge repair, this time causing two more huge holes to be dug and destroying the remaining lawn. Tom Fisher came in himself to repair the damage and spent a day doing a wonderful job of re-laying the walkway - twelve hours in the heat working to reestablish layers of gravel and sand, tamping them down, and re-laying the slabs with a spirit level very precisely and meticulously. He is a true craftsman who enjoys his work, and the result was an excellent professional job, with the walkway looking better than it had looked before, and now stable and solid despite though much rain recently. He also cleaned up the lawn area and reseeded it, promising to do it again in the Fall when grass is more likely to take, and also promising to come back to reseed a strip at the curb as soon as the sidewalk slab and curb edging have been replaced. The seeded area is now green and waiting to be mowed. I have been very happy with this company, whom I have used before, and highly recommend them courtesy, reliability, and professionalism.

Description of Work: They installed a complete yard drainage system, fixed the grading of the entire yard (which took a few dumptrucks of topsoil), and seeded the entire area. The yard is 1/2 acre.
