The Mold Company

A scam. Do not engage. I put out a request for mold testing today on ANGI received 2 phone calls from one of your agents and I returned the 2nd phone call of your company representative today. He insisted I needed to make and appointment either Thursday or Friday, November 30 or December 1st. Because I TRUSTED THIS CREEP, I booked a test appointment for 3:30 tomorrow. Then I went to their cancellation policy and lo and behold ! If I want to cancel this appointment and get a refund of my $50 "deposit" I have to do so 48 hours in advance! Ha ha, the joke is on me! Of course, I stand to loose not only my $50, since the appointment is now less that 24 hours away, but if this jerk pictured below shows up at my home tomorrow and I refuse to let him in, I will be charged the full price of the call! How do you like that? Me, the jerk, pays $500 for nothing. A great scam. All you need is someone desperate for the services of a legitimate mold testing company. I called the number on their web site. I spoke to a gentleman named Brandt at 5:34 pm. He said he was working the night shift and could not process my complaint. I asked him for a email address where I can contact someone to dispute this scam.He gave me " j.hollifield@moldtestcompany.com". I sent two emails. Both came back to my email with the error message "access denied." I contacted ANGI IMMEDIATELY and lodged a complaint. BEWARE!!!!!
