In such a difficult time to sell real estate, she made no excuses, offered nothing but positive energy and creative solutions. Jeanette follows up with other realtors and then let us know what was what. MOST IMPORTANTLY ... she continually communicated with us, never leaving us in the dark.
Description of Work: I used 3 realtors from different agencies with absolutely no success, nothing professional or pleasant, all in Mercer County. Then My wife and I met Jeanette Larkin. She nailed every issue that we had had in the prior 18 months trying to sell our house. Jeanette took responsibility for every aspect of the listing. Having been frustrated in the past, I wish someone had recommended her to us long ago. We have another property toi sell and will use her again. Jeanette held open houses as well as realtors open houses as promised. She allowed us to set the time of the contract. She demonstrated a genuine caring for us as the sellers and as human beings. She worked tirelessly for us. Jeanette even staged the house at no cost to us. We were always notified about any realtor coming thru with buyers and she always returned feedback to us.
