My wife and I are very happy with the completed job . The workers arrived right on time . Completely ripped off the existing roof and plywood and replaced the plywood and shingled the roof in one day . They did a beautiful job . Then cleaned up all nails and materials. Dustin was great to work with . Did everything he promised he would do . Very professional !

Upon initial with the company, the Vice President for Sales, Mr. Dustin Ochs, came to the house and fully explained all the details for the roof replacement, including the type and manufacturer of the materials, and all other aspects of the work to be done. He also explained the cost which was the most competitive of three other quotes received. On the day of the roof replacement, the crew (7 individuals) came early in the morning and were exceptional in their work, to include paying careful attention to covering the entire property. At the completion of the project (1 day), the crew did a wonderful job of cleaning up around the entire house, making sure all loose objects were collected. Overall, it was a magnificent job and I would highly recommend this company to anyone. My neighbors and friends have commented how wonderful the roof looks and even said it is the best they have seen in the area. They are extremely professional and the workmanship is exceptional.

Excellent. For the first house they gave the most competitive bid and were the fastest to completely replace the roof. For house #2, we have twice hired the Roof Wizards because of their professionalism and quick turn around time.

We are very happy with the work done by Roof Wizards and would not hesitate to recommend them to others. The roofers were friendly, professional, and worked non-stop from the time of arrival around 8 a.m. until 6 p.m. with only a short lunch break. They covered the ground around the house with drop cloths to capture all of the debris and, after the work was done, performed a thorough inspection of the grounds for any debris from the removal process. Any damaged sheathing was replaced, new membrane laid, and then the shingles were installed. All of the workers were knowledgeable. In addition to re-shingling the 3 pents on the front of the house, new flashing was also installed giving the front of the house a nice finished look. The flat roof was re-inspected, re-sealed and re-coated and the coping on the chimney repaired. At my request, the foreman also took pictures of the flat roof so that we could see what our flat roof looks like and to show us what was done. Six old shutters were removed and new shutters installed on the front of the house. They cleaned up the work area so well that, if we hadn't watched them working all day, we wouldn't have known they were here except by the fact that the front of the house looked brand new with all 3 pents matching and new shutters. This review is delayed because I thought that I had already submitted this review but didn't see it in the listing for Roof Wizards.

Let me star by saying there are many roofing contractors out there. Usually people get 3-4 estimates, I interviewed 9 . Roof Wizards was the last contractor to give me an estimate. What I found great was that Dustin wasn't just another salesman selling a product. He was courteous, knowledgable, and patient. He hanswered all my questions...and there was lots of them, and most important he knew his stuff. I found this so refreshing as so many of the others quoted me things about the products that just wasn't true. I know as I did my own research and also called National Roofers Assoc and GAF directly. After I decided on Roof Wizards, I worked with Amanda in the office to get all the documents in place. She was quick to respond and great to work with. Today a team of 5 came at 7am and worked round the clock and my roof looks absolutely great . They cleaned up everywhere and took care to leave my landscaping untouched. Dustin was once again accessible every time I called with a question and the guys didn't leave until everything was completed and perfect. A big thank you for a great job! Dustin is a no nonsense guy, explained everything. I felt that I'm in good hands. He was extremely professional, answered my concerns immediately. Stu was a pleasure to work with and explained the options for materials and offered solutions for drainage issues. The quality of the work is good and what I expected. Amanda was helpful along the way in scheduling and addressing questions. Before and during the work they were very responsive, however I rated responsiveness a B because I was not responded to for some minor follow-up items after the roofs were installed. However they were responsive to my call when 5 months after the roof was installed, we had a snow/ice storm and there was a leak from the melting. Flat roofs in general do not do well with heavy snow and ice build-up when it starts melting. They came out after the storm cleared out and did the repair successfully at no charge. I was grateful for that.

When I first met Dustin I thought he was just trying to sell me on his company, but I quickly learned that he was more interested in educating me about how important it was to do the roof properly. Something none of the other contractors took the time to do. Dustin explained their process and even showed me the materials that they would use under the shingles. He spent about an hour with me in our first meeting. When we finally agreed on a date to do my roof, they were here on time, and finished in one day just as they said they would. While they were doing the roof, I decided to replace the 2 skylights on my roof, and Efron who was the crew supervisor was very accommodating, ordering the new skylights which were a special order. In the meantime they left the shingles off the roof by the 2 skylights but sealed up the roof so the elements would not leak in. Dustin called today, and they are coming tomorrow to install the new skylights. Working with these guys was great. They explained everything, their workers were friendly and professional, and they cleaned up everything really well. Also, not many contractors don't require a substantial deposit, and you just pay them when their finished - and that's the way Roof Wizard works. I would recommend them to anyone looking to get their roof done.

He made me feel very secure. I know exactly what to expect from them. He gave me a price for everything, and I was happy with the way he conducted business. He provided a quote and included exactly how much everything would cost. He was on time, and returned my phone call very promptly.

Prompt estimate. Job was delayed because of weather.The crew arrived on a Saturday Morning at 7:30 am and had a 2900 square foot double layer roof removed and complete with plywood replacement yard cleaned up and in dumpster by 8:15 pm that night! The crew didn't leave a scrap in my yard.If it wasn't for the dumpster in the driveway you wouldn't know they were there.We felt sorry for them it was a very hot day and they never stopped! They were back on Sunday and completed the gutters ,and capping work complete by that afternoon
