Excellent! Things can happen unexpectedly to all of us. My feeling is when a person is given opportunity to correct, what do they do. Mr. Rivera was initially unable to do the work as scheduled. He corrected the situation and made good on our initial agreement. What more could you ask for. He loves what he does and wants to see the customer happy from his work. This combined with not being pushy to suggest more work if not needed is very helpful for someone on a budget. My family and I were so pleased we hired him to care for our lawn needs.

We have called I think 6 lawn companies to mow our yard this year. Only one has answered. Precision came by to look and give us a quote, but they never actually sent it. To be fair, my mother let my big dumb 70 lb. baby of a dog jump on the guy, because she was outside with my 2-year old son, and my dog must be outside playing too instead of crying in the house, I guess. So I wouldn't come back either. But the search for someone to mow my yard is exhausting.

Julio showed up to my home at the time we Agreed upon. He walked the property very thoroughly and assessed my needs vs. his capabilities. He was extremely professional. He gave me a quote which we both agreed on and set up a return date for him to perform the service that was settled on. Upon completion of the service I WAS VERY SATISFIED, I could not have been happier with the job he did on my yard and hedges. I will definately be calling him again and recommending him for future work.

Excellent service, punctual, honest and the quality of work is always important to the owner of Precision and myself. I am a perfectionist and he listened to all of my concerns and my lawn and the mulch beds are perfect. I will never have to look for another lawn care provider. Highly recommend this company.

The results were excellent. They were timely, professional and reasonably priced. I had a lot of overgrowth around the edges of my acre lot. They accomplished in 2 days 4 times as much work I’d hired from another company. The work took 2 days because of the weather. I’m sure they could have done it in one full day. It was a tremendous amount of work. I’m very happy with the results and based on that, I will be hiring them again.

Couldn't be bothered

Julio was exactly what we were hoping for on our project. He and his crew were able to do an amazing job with our large backyard, side yard and trees. Communication back and forth was a breeze. Very professional. Would love to work with them again.

Everything went great. They came on time, and went above and beyond while performing the job. They left surrounding area clean and neat after the job was done.

I had leaves scattered all around the front and rear of my home. Julio came out and picked up all the leaves and also removed them. I am very pleased with the service, and I told him that I may use him in the future for snow removal, and grass cutting.

He did nothing. Made appointment but did not show up. Nor did he call. During phone conversation I asked him if he covered the area I lived in and he claimed he did.

Julio is very professional and responsive. He has exceeded our needs and is always prompt and cuts the grass for us once per week. He is very reasonable and also did a great spring clean up and mulching for our lawn. Highly recommended!

Precision Grass Care was hired to work on our lawn going forward and to do our spring clean up. I was extremely impressed with the quality and professionalism, and since we moved into our house our yard has never looked better. Julio and his team were extremely thorough and detailed, they went above and beyond what we were expecting. The price is extremely reasonable for the quality of service they provide, and we have contracted with them to provide our weekly lawn maintenance and care.

It went great! I have 15 trees and the amount of leaves that needed to be removed required a lot of work. The owner, Julio, came out and did the estimate. Originally when he quoted me, I don't think he realized the amount of leaves that needed to be removed and provided me with a different quote, which was still extremely reasonable. The next day him and another employee came out and did the work. They were polite, professional, hardworking and did not stop until the work was done. The yard looked amazing once they were done.
