Excellent service. Lou Diaz contacted me immediately and came out the same day. I have a one story house with a lot of roof and gutters area. His quote was very detailed and included all the important things; remove old roof, replace damaged decking, ice dam protection, drip edges, superior chimney flashing and top quality vent stack boots. The gutters and downspouts were larger to handle the greater water volume of my 4800 sq. ft. roof and included leaf guards. His price was very competitive and He was able to start in two days. The roof was done in one day and the gutters in half a day. After years of fighting with unreliable contractors, dealing with Portela Home Business was a great experience. I highly recommend them.

It was extremely well. They cleaned up the end of each day, they seem to know what they were doing, they were courteous, they were not disruptive in any way. Their price was competitive. I would hire them again and I have already recommended them to other people. They also used all quality name brand material.
