They did a prompt professional job. I received the report in about 7 days. Mold was found in the air due to high humidity in the air. All of this seemed OK but then I was forwarded to the Biocide company that tried to get me to buy a DIY mold remediation kit. There a time pressure to buy the kit for the best price at $2400. They said the nature of the mold would require a hazardous work fee from any remediation company that would cost from $12,000 - 18,000. This is when I started questioning the service I received. My pulmonologist also looked at the test results & said the mold levels did not seem too bad. Also, the humidity readings on my house thermostat did not read the high level that the report stated. So, I do not know if there was any value with the service & I am not sure if I would recommend them. The only way to really find out would be to call in another testing company but I did not want to spend another $660. So, I had the remediation work done for $1900 & was satisfied.

This company was quick to come out and test but thatâ s where the service stops. After that communication is slow and in the end they are going to try to sell you an expensive remediation service regardless of your levels. When you question them you will be met with complete rudeness. I knew something seemed off when after repeated request to see my mold report ahead of the call it kept getting ignored.

Very difficult to understand results. Plus only did one test location inside of home for12 minutes.

The Cladosporium mold spore count that this company flagged on my test as dangerous was extremely low, not even close to warranting concern for remediation by 3 other sources I researched. And the outdoor mold count was 5 times the indoor count in my condo, yet they connected me with a remediation company that quickly sold me $950 worth of possibly unnecessary products. Both companies preyed on customer fears and should be investigated.

After my home was tested and I received the results, and "expert" called to explain the results then forward the call to another company called Biocide. A salesman tried to sell me an air scrubber, mold bombs and a special solution cleaner for me to do a "do-it-yourself" project. He assured me that someone would be on the phone with me during the entire process. If you are looking for a service, this is not the company to choose. Their advertising is false and when the salesman tried to call me the next day, it came up as a SPAM call on my cell phone.

They came, they took samples, they reported results, they explained he results in detail, they connected us with another company Biocide Labs to eliminate problem.

It was worth it for them to come. The inspection helps to make decisions on what is needed for your home. Customer service along with the inspector were great!

I hired Mold Test Company to perform a test at home. Initially everything was super quick up until the test but after that it moved very slow. I was promised a report in 2-4 business days but it definitely took longer. After a week, I had to call to get connected to the Analyst to get my results! Everyone I spoke to was very courteous and friendly. But completely disappointed with the timeline (vs promised) and the price you pay for it.

He called to let me know they were on their way. He was courteous and professional and explained what he was doing. He answered all our questions.

Had an emergency - time sensitive need to conduct a mold test and they worked with me and made it possible the very next morning. Can't tell you how important this was since my landlord's insurance hired mold "specialist" showed up a week later, with much different results. Great follow-up experience with Austin R.

The company gave me test results that we not accurate and then tried to make me spend $1,500 to fix a problem that did not exist. They used a scare tactic and made me worry about nothing I am trying to get my money back and contacted consumer affairs. Do not hire this company, total scam. Glad I did not fall for it completely.
