Goes pretty good, job was done timely and passed township inspection

I called Michael J Ross after another electrician had come to my home, tried to diagnose the problem, ran out of ideas, left and didn’t come back. Michael said he’d come first thing (he did), was ready to work, and got to it. He was friendly, personable, and most importantly, knew his craft. He went 10x further than the other electrician in troubleshooting the issue, and had solutions. He was quick, efficient, and accommodated all of my questions and issues. Long story short...many people have the same job, but some are better at their job than others. Michael fixed an issue that had been plaguing us for 2 weeks, and did it quickly, efficiently, and with confidence. He’s earned my trust and I would recommend him in a heartbeat (and I am not an easy sell), If you have issues, home or commercial, you won’t go wrong calling Michael J Ross, Electric.

There were quality issues with the work performed and there was a minor billing error. When I reported the issue to the company they initially agreed to fix the defects and refund the overbilling amount. But actually they argued about the defect and I have yet to receive the refund. The email correspondence became downright nasty and included advice about life in general (how crazy). The work was approx. $2,400.00 worth of electrical work in our kitchen as part of our kitchen renovation project. I WOULD NEVER USE THIS COMPANY AGAIN - EVER!!

EVERY THING WENT GREAT MIKE &HIS GUYS ARE VERY GOOD AT WHAT THEY DO.THEY HAD TO DIG TRENCHES&WIRE THE POOL&DECKFOR GROUNDING.GO INTO MY BASEMENT WIREA TIMER &RUN ALL WIRE TO THE OUTSIDE FOR ALL THESWITCHES&RECEPTICALS. EXCELLENT WORK VERY NEAT.IF I NEED ELECTRIC WORK AGAINHE WOULD BE THE 1ST PERSONI WOULD CALL.

Michael was great--didn't just fix the light but was creative about it so we could keep two bulbs in a small, oldold fixture. Cost much less than we anticipated. Was great on call back and arrived promptly. What's not to love!?

Michael and his team did a wonderful job. His team was very professional and punctual. They kept working area very clean. The work was well done. It was a big job and it took them 5 different days to finish all jobs, but they did a great job overall. The township inspection passed without any problems. They are very busy, so you need to be patient with their scheduling. But if you have a flexible schedule, you will be happy with their work. Michael was great to work with!

The cook top was professionally installed In the counter top. I expected him to do only the electrical work but he did the whole job. He was professional and did not try to sell me additional work as others have.

Everything went great. A previous electrician checked our circuit breaker box and said that water was getting into the box, causing corrosion on the circuit breakers and connections. A new box was needed and would cost around $1800. Michael Ross to the cover off the box and found no corrosion and no way for water to get in and didn't charge us for the visit. It pays to get a second opinion!

We found him off Angies List. We spent $250 on that service. The work was always done. Whenever he and his assistant have come out they have always been very prompt, clean and the work was done very efficiently. He is actually a very friendly guy and he really seems to know what he is doing and they work seems to be a very quality job. We actually had him out three times since we first found him. There have been times when we had to call him back a few times to set up a visit, but once we get him scheduled the work is terrific. We would definitely use him again.

He did not meet deadlines. He did not follow up on installing the correct equipment. He initially installed the wrong equipment which caused us problems and delays moving into the store where he was doing the work. He eventually fixed the problem, but it caused many other problems because it was not done correctly the first time. Because of the incorrect installation, we had tremendous delays in opening our new business. In speaking with other people who have used his services, I heard similar patterns of things not getting finished on time and significant delays.

I have been dealing with MIke for a about 3 years now. I got a price from MIke to do the work above, then the job because bigger. So we did need more of MIke time. Mike was very busy then but alway got things done went we needed them finished. The workmanship was very good. I would use Mike again, and past his name on. Thanks for a great job Mike.

First appointment for an estimate was missed with no warning. Second appointment was missed again with no warning. Repeated calls were unanswered and ignored. This contractor was completely unprofessional in making and meeting appointments and responding to my calls. I went to a competing contractor and received immediate attention.

The job went well from start to finish.

All of the installed Mike did for us were great and we will continue to use him for additional installs. We need to use a professional electrician that has a current license and can do more than just wire up something. Mike does quality work from start to finish.

Although the General Contractor that Michael J. Ross worked for, was extremely sub-par, the professionalism, worth ethics and end results of the work done by Michael J. Ross was exceptional. Michael was always here at the job site, and oversaw all work done by any of his employees, and verified the work upon completion. In addition to the great results of his work, Michael is an honest and upfront man, who stands behind the work that he does. A great electrician to have for the ongoing changes and maintenance of your homes electrical system.

The entire experience was great. He called back within the hour and promised a 2PM arrival and showed up right on the button. Seemed knowledgeable and got the work down very quickly.

Happy with his servise and will definitely use him again along referenced him to others. Honest, reliable and looks you in the eye and actually shows he is concern about your consumer plight whatever it may be and won't leave your home until the problem is rectified. Did the job for a fraction 1/5 the price that a competitor requested. Once he gets accreted to accept credit cards his business will soar. He's a little understaffed and little slow in returning call, but he will get back to you and you will be grateful.

He was very good and he did a very good job. He came when he was supposed to. He gave us an estimate when we asked him. We never had an overhead microwave oven before. Everything was very nice. His price was very reasonable. We haven’t had any problems with the oven that he installed. He was excellent overall. My husband and I were both very happy with his work. He was responsive too. He was pretty punctual even though he had other jobs. However, he used to call and let us know if he wasn’t able to make it or if he got delayed. He then would come at the time he said he would come. So he was pretty good with that. He was very professional. He told us exactly what he was going to do and gave us information of how he was going to go about everything. So that was good. I would highly recommend him. If we ever need an electrician, then we would definitely contact him.

Very satisfied with this company. I had two other estimates (Angies List Co.), not only was his lower, he did more work. Two people came to do the work. They wore shoe covers and cleaned up after their work.

We would recommend him to other, He is clean and profesional. He has a good Demeanor.

I always use this company. The price is far from cheap, but they show up, you know the work will be done, and it will be done correctly. I refuse to call any one else.
