Description of Work: Lumber Liquidators sold the materials. Their service staff was professional and knowledgeable and their selection of woods was the best around. The installer is a separate company that they recommend but you have to deal with separately. It makes the job a little more cumbersome dealing with two firms for the same project. The materials were great and the installation was excellent so I have no problems and would use them again.

+ -1 moreAwful! We placed the order on 11-9-13. We had both installers come out as we got inaccurate information from the first installer about what he would/won't do. The second installer would perform everything necessary. We placed the order on 11-9-13 with a deposit of $2500. We checked back in 8 times over the next few weeks. First, we discovered they didn't place the order at all, second, we discovered they placed the order for the wrong stuff. I finally reached out to "corporate" on 1-9-14. Corporate only refers you to the local store. When I called them - they never call you - I was informed they didn't know the status of my order. Today, they called and said they placed the order YESTERDAY! - A full two months after we paid for it! Further, although the deposit was charged to my AMEX card, they said they would issue a corporate check - which we would receive in 5 weeks. I demanded a total AMEX refund and am referring this to AMEX, but they were non-commital. Never do business with this vendor!
Description of Work: They were to install our upstairs floor and stairs.
