Outstanding response! My gutters had not been cleaned for a couple of years and were totally clogged. Water was pooling in my basement crawl-space as a result of heavy spring rains, and overflowing gutters. I called Wayne who was sympathetic, but said high seasonal demand meant he couldn't be out in less than two weeks. I got a similar but less personable response from other companies, so decided to go with Wayne. The next day he called, said a hole opened in his schedule, and he could do the job in a couple of hours, if that worked for me. Of course it worked for me! I couldn't believe the timing, because another big storm was forecast for the next day. He and one worker showed up after a second courtesy call letting me know they were a few minutes away. About an hour later, the job was done. We had another all-night rain last night --puddles in my yard, but the basement and crawl space are DRY. Thank you, Gutter Service of New Jersey!

I have used many gutter cleaning services over the years but have never come across a gutter cleaning service which is shoddy and unprofessional with its cleaning service and sends a bill where flushing the down sprouts is an extra charge ($215.00) over the initial gutter cleaning estimate ($430.00). The gutter cleaning service did not flush the gutter drain sprouts as mentioned during the estimate. The main purpose of using the gutter service company was due to clogged gutter drain sprouts. They just used a low power blower to quickly blow away the large debris but a lot of the powdered debris was remaining in the gutters and they did not flush the drains. At the time of the estimate, Wayne had mentioned that they will flush the gutters with water and their extremely high price is because they do an excellent job of cleaning all gutters and down sprouts and everything will be cleaned very well (their cleaning price quoted was $430 vs the standard price all companies charge of $250). On the day of the service, when I requested the crew to flush the down sprouts, they mentioned that they did not have the water hose in the truck. I called Wayne and he mentioned that they should have had it in the truck and use it if required. They had to come back a second time to flush the powder debris in the gutters and the clogged down sprouts, I was shocked when the bill that was send had an extra charge for flushing the down sprouts (extra $215.00) in addition to the gutter cleaning service fee of $430.00. Fellow Angies List customers , Please avoid this company like the plague. They are a rip off and should not be in business. They did not provide the cleaning service fully in the quote and when I demanded they do the missing items, they gave me the run around initially and then finally do it and then send me a huge bill for it.

The job went well. The covers look like they fit well. Cleaning was thorough. Very professional service.

I got their name from Angie's List in 2015 when I had an overflow problem with my gutters. I did need to call twice but then they had someone here the very next morning. The job was quick, neat, and problem fixed. I signed up for automatic bi-annual cleaning/inspection which has been very reliable. They come automatically (no announcement) so we park our cars away from the gutters 6 months from previous date. They leave a card that work was done. Bill comes via e-mail. We are very satisfied customers.

The main issue is that we have a gutter section that overflows in heavy rain. Another contractor wanted to install a new downspout which would have been expensive and visually unattractive to the front of our house. Wayne, however, suggested a simple and cost effective change which is working wonderfully. Plus he recommended a routine cleaning which our gutters sorely needed. I really like the work and his approach to solving my problem. My only complaint was that it took a couple of weeks for him to come out. But overall, he does good work and charges fair prices. I would use him again.

Once the job was scheduled, The crew was promptly at my house at 8am ready for work. They completed the job early the next day, cleaned up the debris removed the old gutters. The remarkable thing about the performance (which also caused me to write the review) was the job was started Monday 6/29 finished Tuesday 6/30 on Wednesday 7/1 at 7 pm Wayne called me to ask my opinion of the work and to see if I was satisfied, which I was taken back by I don't remember anyone ever doing that meaning the follow up which I thought was very professional.

Contacted Gutter Services to inspect gutters on income property via Angies List mobil app. Tenants in rental property I own in Spotswood, NJ notified me of water leaking into master bedroom possibly from gutters after a torrential NJ rainstorm. Gutter Services responded right away to confirm reciept of message and indicated that at this time they were innundated with jobs and would not be able to service me immediately. The did listen to my explanation of the issue, offered suggestions and recommended another service provider that could address the issue. I appreciate Gutter Services' honesty in not accepting the job and willingness to offer suggestion and service provider recommendation.

The price was very reasonable. They quality was fine.

We had a great experience. The damage was more extensive than we realized at first and Wayne was good about explaining the damage and discussing options. It's done right and the price was fair.

Awesome job! Fast, clean and high quality. They did the installation while I was at work, I came home to find that they had completed the job and cleaned up everything; not a spec of debris anywhere. We had a terrible rain storm following the installation and the gutter guards worked perfectly. Couldn't be happier. Leaves are no longer a problem.

The replacements and the cleaning went very well. The installers came in February to do the gutter and downspout replacements, even though there was snow on the ground... and it was quite cold outside. They did a great job! Then, they returned a few days ago (early April) to clean out the gutters that weren't replaced. Doing the gutter and downspout replacements in February fixed a problem with melting water overflowing on to the front entry area of my house. I am totally satisfied, and would recommend Gutter Services of NJ to my neighbors, friends and family.

I spoke to Wayne some time in early January after my gutter planted from snow. It then detached from the house due to all the snow and ice. Wayne was very patient with all my calls, reassured me the fascia wood and house should be ok, and got someone out as soon as possible to take care of the gutter as soon as all the snow and ice melted (2/28/14). I was not home when the guys came and did the work, but it looks good, and the gutter is doing its job. Wayne was great.

Two men came and they did a very good job. They addressed all my concerns and asked me to contact them if anything is not fully repaired when leaving the site. I had a pressure cleaning guy come cleaning the exterior with the gutter cleaning add-on a few months back. He apparently didn't correct the problem partly because the roof is higher than usual. His ladder is not high enough and he doesn't have the nerve to climb on it. These two men handled it with ease. One man climbed on the roof, walked to the gutter where the problems are and fixed them all. They tested with water after the fix. My advice to you is that if you have a gutter issue, find the Gutter people like them, not the ones who do pressure cleaning or landscaping.

We have hired this company to do the work. Wayne has been extremely professional in his contacts. Awaiting the work to be done. At this point I would HIGHLY recommend him based on these initial contacts. TOO BAD cannot get a landscaper/landscaping company to be up to this company's standards!!!!

Everything was great except one issue caused by the gutter length being slightly off in the front, the installer tried a workaround with some flashing on the roof. We were not happy, but one phone call to the owner (the only person we ever dealt with) was all it took to have it addressed the next day. (He was equally unhappy that his installer had done that and was surprised it had happened.) New gutter the right length was installed and the flashing removed, so all was well. Wayne was great to work with (the owner.) Very responsive, friendly, helpful, professional. He was great with recommendations for the guard, so we'd get the best maintenance free solution for the price. He was open about his material costs, so I knew we were getting a good price for the whole job. We highly recommend this company.
