The gutter cleaning went well.

Cleaned all gutters and downspouts. Checked for any gutter leaks and calked any that were found. Great Job.

Once we got in contact he came promptly and returned the next day to do the work. It was a gutter repair and fixed the problem. I would recommend him.

Overall experience was not entirely satisfactory. The salesperson was pleasant and punctual, however we could never get a final contract delivered and signed by him. We did get a written estimate, but we never could get an actual contract. The sales person acted vey flip about it when we tried to nail him down to get us one. Once the work actually started, the workers did show up in a timely manner, but after tearing down the old gutters, we were then told that the supplier for the new gutters wouldn't be able to get the new ones to them, and therefore us, on that day. This was a Friday, so essentially we were left with having to accept a house with no gutters over the weekend--again only being told about this after there was no other option since they already took the old ones down. This showed very poor planning on their part, and should not have have been done. Of course, as fate would have it, a heavy downpour came through on that Saturday night and water got into the house. We had to jury rig with garbage pails, etc. to catch the rain coming down from the roof and empty downspouts. Doing all this in the dark and in the pouring rain was not pleasant. And again, this all would've been avoided if they had not taken down the ones we had in place without replacing them when they did take them down. Once they showed up on the following Monday with all that was required and got it all up, things went well; and it appears that the quality of the work and materials are good. The salesperson did follow up with us a few weeks later regarding an additional piece of gutter that we, and they, weren't sure was needed, but which was put up promptly when we told them it was needed. The other bit of annoyance was how the salesperson responded when we presented him with the coupon from Angie's List. After we got the estimate from the company, we promptly told them we were members of Angie's List and we had a coupon. They were reminded of this several times by us through the course of the work. Yet, when it came time to settle accounts, the salesperson acted like we had never mentioned this to him, and demonstrated reticence in allowing us to use the coupon. He did eventually accept the coupon, but it was a bit of an uncomfortable situation until all was settled.

Two men showed up when they said they would. They meticulously went around the house cleaning the gutters and repairing any loose screws and hangars. They were courteous and efficient in performing their work.

They were on time. Very respectable and they did a great job. I had a very pleasant experience and I will hire them again for more work.

I got the estimate within a day or two of calling. When they came to do the work, they fixed a gutter that was damaged during Sandy, and put all new guards on all the gutters. They did a great job.

Overall, their price was very good and I knew exactly where they were located. I like to deal local so if there is a problem I know where to find them. I have no complaints with their service and would hire them again without question. I did not give them an A (excellent) simply because that would require me to climb a ladder and check their work, and I don’t do ladders.

It was not done very well. We agreed that I would pay them the first time to do the work and the second time they came out it would be free. However, they just came the second time and charged me without noticing me. Also, there were 6 places that needed to be fixed on the gutters. I still had the leaks so they had to come back. The second time, I gave them the spray and they sprayed the areas. It only took them 10 minutes and was fixed.

Prompt, courteous, and professional, had to wait a bit for work to be done after estimate was given and needed to contact the owner myself, but right after I did they came out 2 days later to perform the work. Recommend, will use again in the future.

Project was straightforward. In the beginning there was some confusion over the scope of the project as I only requested to have part of the quote done. However the company communicated on a timely basis and the issue was resolved fairly & quickly. In a few years when I need to have my whole gutter system done, I plan to use them again.

They did a good job, all went well, they were on time, showed up the day they said, put up the gutters, also put the drains where we asked them to, they did a good job figuring out where to put the drains so they didn't stand out in front of the house. Left our propertyclean and we thought their price was very reasonable.

From contact to signing, complete install was within 4 days. They cleaned up all debris and were very courteous and polite. Would recommend them to anyone.

We had 3 estimates on replacing our gutters performed and Gutter Services of NJ was the only one which we received a surprise invoice from. We called for an estimate on gutter repair/replacement, however, Wayne took it upon himself to use the opportunity to do an "inspection" - without notifying either my wife or I, even though he had both of our phone numbers. We were NOT informed before hand that we were going to be charged anything. I have owned 4 homes over the 13 years and currently own our primary residence along with a rental property. I have NEVER been charged anything without being notified before hand that it would come at a cost. I've had heaters replaced, a roof replaced, electrical work done, paving done, masonry work performed and every single contractor always made it clear when the free estimate ended and any type of billable work began. I understand that contractors live on hourly work, however it is unacceptable to be billed without being notified prior to any work being performed. I gave Wayne a courtesy phone call prior to writing this review and expressed my concerns and he was unwilling to make any type of concession.

It went very good. They were very nice and did a very good job. They also cleaned up afterthemselves. I would reccommend them to anybody.
