Description of Work: They are very professional. After they gave me an estimate to replace my gutters, Wayne did a follow-up call to see if I had any questions. No other |company that gave me an estimate did this. Wayne scheduled my intallation |for a certain day and time. His workers were on time. They cleaned the area |up and finished in one day. Wayne all did a follow up call after job was |done to see if I was satisfied. There is not one complaint against this company. I would definetly recommend.

Description of Work: I called to ask if someone could come look at a leaking gutter for an estimate. The woman was very nice and called me right back. But first she gave me a quote for a cleaning which isn't what I asked for. Then said the cost would be $95 to come out, plus repairs--which she said would probably be about another $35. Because they didn't offer free estimates and didn't actually see gutter before throwing out prices, is why I didn't use this company. I ended up using another company which was excellent... Promptly checked gutter and Repaired and cleaned it for $50! I will be giving that company an excellent rating/review!

Description of Work: They were supposed to fix/replace old gutters. I was not a member of Angies List at the time but I have not forgotten them. They were to come for an estimate and forgot to show up. Called again and they sent a gutter cleaner and a "carpenter", two different guys. They ended up cleaning the gutters added a small down spout and never showed again about repairing them. Sent me a $400 bill which I refused to pay. This was way too much for cleaning, and they had no idea of what was going on. I had to remind them of who I was and were I lived. It does not seem like they have their own staff, they in turn hire people for the work they contract. They did hound me for payment and sent it to collections which I settled for around $200 just to get rid of them. Maybe this was a solitary incident but I doubt it, bad news, use at your own risk.

Description of Work: They re-did our gutters. It was good. They gave us a good referral to a roofer which was nice because that was ultimately our problem.

Description of Work: They made some repairs to a section of the gutter. My husband tried another company but they wanted to replace all the gutters. Gutter Services agreed it was sufficient enough to replace just a section of the gutters; it worked out fine.
