Fanelli Heating & Cooling

We hired Fanelli Heating and Air Conditioning to install new central air conditioning in our home. After several meetings and phone calls confirming the work order and start date, they failed to show up to sign the contract or to do the work promised. They failed to return any phone calls as to why they never followed through.

These gentlemen came in a timely fashion. They came out and removed the old furnace and replace it with the new furnace that was available with them. They were very professional, courteous and they were very nice. When they came out it was late night and did not wait for the morning because our department head doesn't allow any one to come in our home. They were wonderful and great. They didn't worry about having the money immediately, because my home owner's insurance was going to cover it and they had to repay it. I would say it was an outstanding service.
