+ -1 moreI phoned on Thursday, and Glen came to the house Friday morning to look at the window and the work to be done. If I had been able to get information I needed elsewhere right away, they could have created and replaced the broken section Saturday. As it happened, though, I was too late for that, so the work took place this morning [Tuesday]. Glen returned and did the complete removal of the broken section and fitted the new section all from the outside in less than an hour. He then came in and took down the window covering I'd been using for the duration of the broken window, and cleaned up the remaining interior broken glass. I would certainly call them again for future window/glass/mirror needs.

+ -1 moreI had 2 windows with broken/cracked glasses and one window with a failed seal. All three were the bottom part of double hung windows and all the quotes from home depot and Loews were coming in on thousands. Took the glasses by myself to the shop and got it replaced for 158 per glass. It has not been too long since the service so I cannot speak about the quality but it looks good for now. And they finished the work in the time they had committed to me. I have no complaints. Will go there again if any such requirement arises.
