I was expecting a more thorough cleaning. I had to ask them to mop under the bed. Something I thought was a given.

The houses are rental properties and needed a great deal of cleaning after the tenants moved out. Cynthia & her crew worked quickly and efficiently to get the 2 houses clean for the next sets of tenants to move in. I plan to have them back every year to clean the properties.

Cynthia’s Brite White Cleaners did an excellent job on my home cleaning. They were punctual, efficient, and I was pleased with the results.

Cynthia is always responsive, keeps me updated on expected arrival times and her group of cleaning professionals could not be more thorough. Although originally looking for services to help us get ready for holiday guests, I will continue to use them on a regular, ongoing basis. Excellent work. Usually I feel like I have to manage (give constant direction to) our housekeepers, but not with Brite Cleaning. They go above and beyond my expectations and make great judgment calls on what to do with items that I leave out. Our surfaces are spotless and she does a lot within an hour. She always texts the day before and when she arrives. She is punctual and friendly. I am beyond happy to have found her. She makes my life more manageable!

Cynthia and her team did a terrific job. They whooshed in and proceeded to do a better job than I or any previous cleaning person has ever done--in an hour and a half the house was sparkling clean. I was also impressed by the way Cynthia asked me to walk into every room at the end to make sure I was satisfied with what had been done. I plan to use them regularly from now on and would highly recommend them.

Cynthia was very professional, responsive, and on time. We had monthly cleaning and she also did a very thorough job when we moved out of our rental. The price was reasonable and we would still be using her if we didn't move so far away. Also, her brother Mark did the carpets and was also very good.

I am amazed by these women. Very professional yet friendly. Always checking to make sure everything was done to my satisfaction, and i have never been disappointed. The are wonderful. The price of as very fair for the work they do. Would absolutely recommend their services.

Amazing! The whole house looks great, but the bathroom is amazing. It was disgusting and I thought I was going to have to get the bathtub and surround refinished. It is clean and is "brite white" just like the name of their business. I don't know how they did it. I initially put the price as a "B", but changed it to an "A". It's a lot of money to spend, but when I consider the number of people that were there and the hours they were there, it is reasonable. There were 4 people there, not the entire time, but at least 2 people were there from around noon to 6:00 pm. It would have taken me days, which I didn't have, to do what they did. It was worth it just because I didn't have to clean that bathroom. I had a tight window of time between when my tenants moved out and the realtor was taking pictures. I had several other people in to do work and needed everything to stay on schedule. Cynthia was very accommodating of my schedule and cleaned on the day I needed it cleaned. She kept in touch with me just the right amount - I was confident that she had me on her schedule, but not so much that she was bothering me.

Outstanding. Cynthia and her crew were on time and ready to work, and work they did. They cleaned the entire house in a few hours and Cynthia did a walk-through multiple times with my wife and I to make sure the house was clean. I'd give her an A+ if I could.

Cynthia and her team did a deep clean of our new house before we moved in. Cynthia was responsive and flexible about scheduling based on our moving timeline. The team was very friendly, thorough, and efficient. When they finished, Cynthia walked through the house with us and made sure we were satisfied with all aspects of the service. The house looked great and we were very pleased. As an example, the sellers left the refrigerator a bit of a mess, but it looked like new when they were done. When we called we also inquired about carpet cleaning. Cynthia recommended a service that she works with and they were able to coordinate working together to make the process as quick and efficient as possible. Time is at a premium when moving and this was a nice time-saver. We will definitely work with them again and would consider hiring on a regular basis.

I contacted Brite White to clean my 1 bedroom apartment- the owner, Cynthia, was in touch right away to set up a cleaning. I was shocked when she arrived at my place with a team of 5 women!! It was amazing to watch them work diligently and efficiently and were finished with the entire place in 30 minutes. It was spotless. I have since hired them on an ongoing basis. I appreciate how quickly Cynthia responds by text and how she always tries to be flexible and accommodate my busy work schedule. I highly recommend Brite White for your home!

I'm sitting here in the midst of these ladies running around my house, determined to find every piece of dust or grime there is. The dirt or dust don't stand a chance of hanging around not with these ladies here! How remarkable it is to find service that really cares about you. They listen to instructions and follow it as though it was one of the items on the Bill of Rights. These ladies are personable and kind. They know that I'm disabled and always lend me a hand when I try to get up to do something. They are people, although paid for their time, who want to give you the best that they have. I love this group and this service.

Very good. Cynthia texts us to give her ETA and probable time to complete. She and some of her crew know the customers well. Quality of work is fine. If there is a problem, she corrects it promptly and ask for your feedback on the spot.

They did a good job. Cynthia was very responsive and professional to interact with. They arrived on time with a crew of 4 and finished up when they said they would. Overall, they did a good job of cleaning.

A wonderful company with professional, friendly, and attentive workers. They used their own cleaning products, which were great, and did an excellent job each time. I used them for an entire year when I lived in my home in NJ and would highly recommend them.
