+ -1 moreUnfortunately the Seller did not respond in a timely manner with signing the approval for the invasive stucco inspection and I had to cancel the same day as the inspection. David walked me through my options and why it wasn't worth performing the non-invasive inspection in my specific case and helped me decide how to proceed with the seller. While I was not able to have the inspection, David Goldstein demonstrated a wealth of knowledge and explained it very well. I will be happy to reach out and contact him for an inspection in the future.
Description of Work: The provider was supposed to perform an inspection of the exterior stucco facade on the house I am purchasing. David Goldstein walked me through the entire process, the weather related timing issues, the potential impact of items identified on my Home Inspection related to the condition of the Stucco Exterior and then bent over backwards to schedule an appointment in < 24 hours.
