Will has requested to install the direct vent gas hot water heater in our basement. I was insistent that this job be performed under a permit process. Will did not hesitate and worked me in getting the permit. Will provided sound installation advise, and even though his assistant did not show the morning of the job, Will identify others to assist him and the work was accomplished on time and at the agreed to price estimate. During the whole process Will talked to me and provided the updates as I requested in a very professional manner. I would recommend Will to anyone and look forward to some additional work as we are reviewing reworking our current kitchen.

All Better Plumbing was very quick with their responses via email and phone calls. The day of service they were very prompt and efficient. We had quite a bit of work done with the gas lines, the water line, and moving the dryer exhaust through our wall (and the water line involved drilling into the wall to extend a water line to the fridge). The work is very high quality, the team is very professional and my husband said they answered any questions he had and explained what they were doing to him. We plan on using All Better Plumbing for all our plumbing needs!

It went great, he fixed it in no problem, and we haven't had a problem since. We have a six month guarantee.

Another job well done by All Better Plumbing. Will came on time and replaced my very old water heater with a brand new one by Rheem which has a great warranty. I also had a small problem with a drain which he fixed in just a few minutes free of charge. This is my second time using All Better Plumbing and as I am about to add a bathroom, I will be using them exclusively going forward for all plumbing needs. Great service at a great price and no bull.

Everything went very well with Will from start to finish. He answered my call and happened to be in the area so he came over the same day, reviewed the work to be done and gave me estimates. I am not entering the exact number because I feel price is a personal matter, but suffice to say his estimates were right in the ballpark of others I received for the same work but his responsiveness impressed me and he came across as a straight shooter so I chose to use All Better Plumbing for the work needed. I am very pleased with my choice. Will did a great job and everything works well. As expected in an older house, a few bumps were met along the way but Will knows his stuff and was able to resolve all issues quickly and I now have a fantastic new sink and the shower is working better than it has in the 10 years I've lived here. I'm very happy with the work completed and will definitely use Will again in the near future as I have some more work I'd like to do in other parts of my house.

Wil, the owner, gave me an estimate and said that he could make time to replace a few valves in a week. He was personable, but, the following Thursday, I did not receive a call stating that he was too busy to come. When I called him and complained about his unprofessionalism, he said that he could complete the work, but I would have to wait a week longer; otherwise I was welcome to find another plumber. I could not wait another week to replace the main shut off valve to the house, so I took Wil's advice, and found someone else.

Called on a Thursday early afternoon. Will, the owner, answered and made an appointment for the next day @noon. He called 1/2 hour prior to appointment to let us know he was on his way. He came (took off his shoes, though we didn't ask him to), and examined the drain lines we had put in ourselves. Let us know problems that existed and what needed to be done. Got his tools, and went to work. He was friendly and gregarious. He used the supplies we had on hand. Tested everything out and tweaked where necessary. Gave us lots of advice, and told us to call him even if we were doing DIY stuff, so he could walk us through it. Only charged us for the service call. Great guy, and would not hesitate to recommend him or to use him again.

Will was on time or early and very nice and accommodating. The first time he was out, he came on a Sunday even.

Came early, was pleasant, used covers on shoes to not soil floor. Fixed my garbage disposal and shower plumbing in less than 45 minutes. Very courteous, pleasant, professional and reasonable!! Would definitely use them again!!
