Ron and his team from Advanced Floor and Tile are top notch professionals at a reasonable price. He is extremely knowledgable about his craft. The results are stunning. We had an uneven concrete slab from a prior construction project, which we thought would be an issue for our wood floor install, but Ron leveled it and it turned out perfectly flat. Scheduling and working out the details of the job went very smoothly. The job took much less time that we thought it would, only 2 days. One big plus was excellent communication. He or Heather always answered the phone when we called. Several years ago, he installed a porcelain tile floor in our kitchen and we knew we wanted him back for our wood floor. Advanced Floor and Tile is highly recommended.

The works was great. Ron had done work for me just over a year ago where he did a larger job of floor replacement, sanding and finishing. His work is top notch. Ron is a very nice guy, yet I had to give him a D rating on responsiveness, and punctuality, because of repeated calls with no response until I left him a final message asking to let me know whether he wanted to do the job or not, so I could move on. He called me the next day, and came the next morning to do the job. It took me more than two months to finally get him out to the house to look at the job, and more than 3 and a half months before he did the job. The biggest problem was not so much the delay, but not knowing if he would ever show up. A simple phone call was all that was needed. He explained to me afterward that his business had grown so fast, he was in over his head, and apologized for his negligence. He is a good guy, but needs a manager at this point by his own admission. I would hire again, because I know his work is solid, but not until he gets his business under control. He is very fair with his price. Again, I want to emphasize that Ron Grover is an honest guy, knows flooring, and his work is excellent.

Advanced Flooring and Tile was recommended to us by a family member and we are very happy we chose this reliable company. They responded quickly to calls and email, and we received estimates that were fairly priced. We love the way our new floors and kitchen backsplash look! The work was done efficiently and neat. We would highly recommend!

> We had the linoleum tile in our kitchen replaced with ceramic tile by Advanced Flooring and Tile. When Ron Grover, the owner, came came to give us an estimate, his expertise was immediately obvious. He asked excellent questions and made sure that he understood what we wanted. A couple years ago Ron installed tile at our home in our kitchen and three bathrooms. He and his coworker did excellent work and we have been very pleased with the results. Recently we had an unexpected issue with some of the tiles and I asked Ron if he would come back to take a look at it. Since he does great work he is always in high demand but he worked with me to make time to come out to our home. We are outside his normal coverage area so it is appreciated that he was able to find the time to come over. Ron and his assistant looked over the situation and provided a relatively easy and common sense solution that seems likely to manage the issue more than other options would have. As in the past, Ron's professionalism and knowledge of the job is second to none. I was pleased to give him a great review before and I'm glad to have the opportunity to do so again. Ron went out of his way today to help us out and it is very much appreciated. If you're looking for someone to do quality floor and tile work and you don't give Ron Grover the opportunity to do the job than you are doing yourself a disservice. Ron arrived on time for the appraisal , and gave us a written estimate promptly . He understood our need to finish the work promptly as the office needed to be open for patient care. He advised us not to close early and worked with us to finish the job during the time our office was closed on Saturday and Sunday. He arrived promptly on time and we started to see our patients on Monday as usual. We had purchased our own tiles prior to the job and Ron realized we would not have enough for the office lobby. He was kind enough to add his own tiles and created a beautiful design for the entrance.

I was looking to have a small kitchen and bath of a rental property I own, have tiled floors. Found Advanced Floor & Tile on Angie's List, and based on the members' feedback on the site, Ron was the only one I called on a Saturday morning. He was at the property right on time for the appointment that afternoon, and gave an estimate a couple days later that at first blush seemed a tad high. But other than the tiles which I had bought and supplied, Ron provided everything else for that price, including the hardy-backer boards, cove base, trim, cement, grout, etc. and some additional tiles for beneath the stove. There was hardly any waste of the tiles I had bought, as they laid out everything before starting. Ron promised a date to start and finish, and was there right on time, and finished ahead of schedule. All the trash was gone-- just the brand new floor done perfectly and immaculately! For speed, professionalism, and quality of work, its hard to find another flooring company in this area that can beat Advanced Floor and Tile! I only wish I had known about them earlier. I plan to use Ron again this month. Not only is he good at what he does, but also a pleasure to deal with.

The only challenge was getting a commitment for an estimate and an actual start date. In both cases I had to contact them at least twice. This may have been an anomaly, as Ron had some family challenges to deal with. And considering the quality of the work, I'll give them the benefit of the doubt. The installation itself was smooth, and I couldn't have asked for a better result. The floors look great, and they cleaned up completely before giving me the final invoice. The crew was professional and well mannered. The price saved me over $1500 from the estimate I received from the retailer where I bought the flooring, and Ron gave me a $200 discount on the final bill because the underlament was in better shape than he had anticipated - and they did not have to replace any of the sub-flooring. Overall it was a great project - once I could get it scheduled.

It went well from start to finish. Ron and his worker are friendly, polite and very tidy. I highly recommend using them.

I was very happy with the timeliness and responsiveness of Ron in returning my call and scheduling an estimate visit to get a quote. He was flexible with my schedule to have the old heater and water heater removed the day of the tile installation. He waited patiently for the heating company to remove the heating equipment from the room, even though they ran about 30-minutes over schedule. He and staff quickly removed the old flooring and began the process of setting the tile. During the process I was asked my preference on the individual tile patterning to create the look I desired. Ron showed respect for my home by using drop cloths and not marking my walls or carpets during the installation. He and his staff answered all my questions and addressed any concerns with professionalism. I would be happy to have him do work in my home again and I will be referring him to friends and family for their projects.

I wanted someone to give me quick estimates, schedules, and also perform quality work. I shopped around for estimates but others gave me a month or so to start the work and another 2 weeks or so for completion. When Ron gave me the estimates, he told me that he would be able to complete the work in 2-3 days and he could get started in a week. I was surprised and told him I was expecting furniture in the weekend but he very confident that he could easily do it by Friday by inspecting the floor. He was patient in explaining me about the various option I had with my floor(which was in a very bad condition) and was also professional in his approach. After that I contacted him several times before confirming and received prompt and detailed responses, clearing my doubts. With others it was a good 3-4 days before I heard back each time. I was pretty confused in what kind of engineered hardwood I need to buy. Buying the cheapest wasn't necessarily what I was looking for...it was the right combination of both quality and price. When I asked him, he emailed me exactly what I was looking for - 5-6 stores with quality and price rating and benefits of each listed, including availability. When I finally did select the store, he helped me choose the right kind of wood and also talked over phone with the sales rep about the glue and wood when it got too technical for me. Ron was very easy to work with, as well. He collected the wood from the store and collected keys from me @ work place. He was punctual in arriving and very patient with delays. He was done 11/2 days later and I was overjoyed seeing the new floor. It was a work well done and woods were laid very well and moreover the floors were very neat. His price is the lowest in the area and yet his quality of work is good.

I would highly recommend Ron Grover. He was very professional and easy to work with. He was always patient and willing to answer my many questions over the phone and via email. His responses were always very quick and the communication was excellent. Scheduling was a breeze. He was able to come out and give me an estimate the day after I initially called him. He was respectful of my work schedule and was very flexible when choosing a date to complete the work. He always showed up on time. He was respectful and took off his shoes when he had to walk on the white carpeting. His pricing was very reasonable. The floors and backsplash have completely transformed the kitchen. I love it. These guys are fantastic. Sure it's a little pricey, but you pay for what you get, and I got a GREAT job from these guys. They had the whole thing done in under two days (removing the carpet and doing the polyurethane). And I couldn't be more pleased with how the floors look. Installer and crew were professional throughout the process, from initial consultation to job completion. Very consistent with how they used their productivity time to get the job done on time and with a quality result. They were considerate of our furnishings while removing a lot of debris and keeping dust to a minimum. The new flooring looks great, with no compromises anywhere.

I was referred to Ron Grover of Advanced Flooring & Tile by a contractor who was doing some work at my home. I have known this other contractor for awhile and he has always done very good work. Since I was looking to have some porcelain tile installed on the floor in my home, I asked him if he could refer someone and he recommended Ron to me without hesitation. I had already spoken with a couple of other tile contractors and the experiences were less than desirable. I made contact with Ron and he was very professional and helpful during our phone and text conversations. My schedule is not easy to deal with but Ron was accommodating and went out of his way to come over and take measurements in order to give us the estimate for the job. We had selected a tile but after speaking with Ron and getting his input on how to get a better tile for the same price, we looked for and came up with a much better choice. It took us a couple months to finally select the tile we wanted and Ron kept in touch during that time and answered numerous questions until we finally had a date set for the job. When the time came to do the job, Ron and his helper were on time and organized each day. It's not easy getting a kitchen and three bathrooms done at the same time while a family is living in the house but Ron worked efficiently and did his best to make as little disruption to our daily routine as possible. While watching him do some of the work, it was obvious that he was a real pro and craftsman as he made adjustments on the fly to compensate for some of the issues with the subfloor in my home. At the end the tile looked great and they cleaned up the area as if they were never even here.
