I accidentally cut the bathroom copper pipe when removing a drywall, I was waiting for my local plumber to come Monday morning when he canceled last minute, saw positive reviews on Tri-County Plumbing, left a message at 7 am, Andrew return the call within 10 minutes, he happened to be nearby & arrived at my door 15 minute later, replaced the broken copper pipe in less than 10 minutes, very pleased with the service, he was polite, professional & explain everything clearly, would hire again

I was connected to Tri-County Plumbing through Kinetico, as they were a dealer servicing my area. I looked up their service reviews online and on Angieslist and they seemed to have great reviews and customer satisfaction. Firstly, they were ultra-responsive and called me within the next business day. Based on my schedule, they even came out to visit my home to see what work had to be done on that same day. After I met with other competitors to the Kinetico system, I decided to go with Tri-county and schedule an installation for the upcoming Saturday morning. Andrew (co-owner) of the company came promptly on Saturday as promised. There was a mix-up in the unit that was brought to the job site, so the work could not be done that day. Andrew offered to install a different unit, but we agreed on our original plans, and he immediately ordered the right unit from Kinetico which arrived a few days later. Andrew put me on his schedule to install it as soon as the unit arrived, and he got the system installed the very next Friday. Andrew and team was very clean on the job site and even used a tarp to protect my unfinished basement. When he went up to test the water, he took off his work boots so as not to tread dirt in my house. I can't tell you how much that means to me when professionals like Tri-county care enough about their customers to make things right, be clean as they work, use the right materials (not cheap things to nickel and dime the customer), and taking the time to educate the customer so that they can make the right decisions. I am recommending them to my friends and family as I know they will take care of their needs. When I save up to put in a bathroom in my unfinished basement, Tri-county will be my choice.

I initially contacted Tri-County Plumbing and Heating via email on Angie's List to set up an appointment to obtain a quote for the work. I received a quick reply and was able to schedule a day/time for the quote a few days later. The owner, Steve Malaszuk, showed up on-time, assessed the project, showed me the best placement for the natural gas line and gave me a reasonable quote on the spot. I ultimately chose to have his company do the work. On the day scheduled for the work, Steve's son (Andrew) and another employee, arrived promptly at the designated time and completed the work within a couple of hours. Since I did not yet have my new grill, Andrew capped the pipe and told me to simply call him to uncap the pipe when I had the grill, which I did. Overall, Tri-County Plumbing and Heating had the 2 most important qualities that I seek in a service provider -- (1) Responded promptly to my email messages and calls and (2) completed the work in a professional and timely (i.e., when they said they would complete it) manner. I would highly recommend them and will definitely use them in the future.

This is the first time we have used this provider. We had a plumber for many years that we used for our home needs. When trying to contact that provider 3 times and did not receive a call back, I decided to search Angie's list for someone else who had good reviews. I called the office and they said one of the plumbers would call me back. They called me very timely, I made the appointment and they showed up when they said and did the above mentioned work. Work was done as requested and explained what was done. Offered the old parts back if I wanted them. Pleasant attitude while in the house. We will definitely use Tri-County for any future plumbing needs that should arise. Price was fair for the work completed and the multiple trips back due to the water main issue (not the fault of the plumber at all). His knowledge of the information we needed when we contacted our water provider was extremely valuable. We would not have any idea that the water had to be turned off at the road, etc. To get all of this accomplished in one day and on a weekend as well, was a huge benefit. Being without water any longer would have been a difficult situation to say the least.

I have been using Tri-County since 2008 for all of my plumbing and heating needs. On every occassion, Steve and his guys show up on time, finish the job in the time frame they specified, and clean up after themselves. Steve is a no non-sense type of guy who gets the job done right the first time. I've never had to call him back.

The guy was really nice. He tried to do everything. He came and took a look at it and tried to snake it out. He cleaned up really well afterwards. I didn't have to do a damn thing. He took care of the whole thing and he was really nice about it. He was a total gentleman and well spoken. He thanked me for the business and he was very nice about it. If I ever had any plumbing needs again, he'd be the guy to call. The price was fairly reasonable. He didn't take advantage. He worked fast too. It was excellent. I haven't had any problem since. His son who was with him was very well behaved and a nice little boy.

Had damage in the wall behind the powder room toilet. We weren't sure the casue so Steve pulled the wall board in the lower part of the wall, There were no leaking pipes so the conclusion was that it was the result of roof leaks after a couple bad storms. Steve changed the pipes leading into the wall as the pipes were old and put wall board back on . The toilet has been fine ever since . He also fixed the stopper in the upstairs toilet by replacing the stoper and all the extra things. It is fine. His proce was so reasonable and he expllained everything to me. Great work.

Amazing and honest experience. I have never had a problem with any of the work Tri-County has performed. The prices are also fair especially considered the quality of work. Steve has installed all my toilet, sinks, bathrooms boilers! i would never consider anyone else.

The price is great and they are punctual and they are very careful when they are in your house and they are very nice people. We will continue to use them in the future.

This was a dream. I called Tri-County at 5 p.m on a Friday afternoon. Got their voice mail and explained what was needed. I explained on the vm that my father removed the original pump, but had a stroke before he could replace it and with pending rain, my mother was anxious about water in the basement since it had happened once already. I received a return call in about 20 minutes, they made contact with my mother within 15 minutes after that and showed to do the work that evening. I never expected to get a plumber immediately let alone for this weekend. The peace of mind was worth it.

HE DID A REAL GOOD JOB, HE GOT THE BASEMENT ALL DRIED OUT FAST, BECAUSE BROUGHT IN A HEATER TO DRY OUT ALL THE MOISTURE. THEY'RE A VERY DEPENDABLE COMPANY AND THEY'VE NEVER LET ME DOWN.

THEY ARE PLEASANT and PRETTY EASY TO WORK WITH. I CAN ALWAYS GET AN APPOINTMENT PRETTY QUICKLY and THEY'VE ALWAYS DONE VERY GOOD WORK. I WOULD DEFINITELY RECOMMEND THEM.
