This company is pushy and rude. I just ended a conversation with Joseph (owner/rep?) telling me I was a waste of his time simply because I was trying to negotiate a better deal. I was contacted by this company to get a quote for my upcoming move to TX. We went through an inventory sheet and I received a quote. They were my first quote so I wanted to shop around. The sales rep, Robert, tried pressuring me to sign up and pay a down payment then and there or the price might go up by $800 or $900 over the weekend. I have since received other quotes and was contacted by Countrywide again with the promise to beat or match a deal from any "reputable" company. Joseph then proceed to badmouth all of the competition and refused to budge on his price. When I balked at the additional cost to insure my goods he then told me he was cancelling me out and I was a waste of his time. In addition, he claims all of his bad reviews come from his competitors. They claim that they have only a few negative reviews and that Angie's list means nothing. They lied about their rating with the BBB. I would never use this company. They give me a bad feeling and are very unprofessional.

It has not been going well. The problem was that I had a contract that said the price would be adjusted based on actual weight. My move was considerably less and they refused to go to the weigh station. I was 2500 lbs after the 8k pounds. I realized I was going to have a problem. I contacted the Arizona weights and measures department and they agreed with me and are having a representative nad police meet the truck when it arrived. The men who came to do the job get an A. They were professional and polite and they did a good job. The management and owners were not.
