On the surface things looked good. Had a problem with the placement of the rain sensor with relations to its accuracy. Took the provider 2 return visits to correct and it was in deed fixed. After the first year called provider back to examine exposed piping in several areas. Provider came out and confirmed he would send his crew back to correct. Unfortunate for me I was not present and the issue was not resolved. This year after Super Storm Sandy had to rearranging some of the shrubs and replace a few others. While working in the front street side of my property I found more exposed piping. I figured it was from the storm and proceeded to clear out the area so that I can level the pipe and add more dirt. I was surprised to find the pipes were not in the ground but laying in an asphalt trench. This is a huge issue for me as I would not expect them to just lay the pipe there, I would have expected them to move them inward where there is soil coverage. This apparent lack of concern on the part of the providers installers has lead me to remove them from my provider list and will not recommend them for any referral work.
