Standard Tile

Their salesperson Mike was extremely helpful and I have used him each time. His picks have been great and advice on point. Both bathrooms I have done so far I love. So far we have picked out the back splash for the kitchen renovation and the floor tile. Going back soon for the bathroom file.

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER. I was told my tiles would be ready for pickup on Wednesday. I went in to pick up my tiles around noon and they were not ready. Salesman was extremely rude and condescending when I questioned when my tiles would be ready for pick up... he kept saying "yeah they will be ready today, it is still today". He would not give me a pick up time. I left and called to ensure that they had my number. This phone call was completely and utterly unacceptable. The salesman, Rick picked up and was so rude. I said I want to double check the number they had on file, and he said "what is your name" but I asked him to repeat himself because I could not hear him. He responded back "YOUR NAME? WHAT DO YOU NOT UNDERSTAND". This is where I became extremely angry because he works in customer service and should NOT insult my intelligence like that. I then said you need to stop being so rude, gave him my name in which he responded "yeah we have your number". I asked him to repeat the number to me to ensure that it was accurate when he said "well I have to look for it". Rude Salesmen Lazy, incompetent workers STAY AWAY

They have six locations. I would highly recommend them. Their selection of tile is phenomenal. They do not install the tile.
